STAY FAR AWAY! We had Alert 360 for cameras and alarm system at our restaurant and they've been dysfunctional the entire time. We have had multiple technicians come out to evaluate the cameras and no one can get them fixed with the last tech telling me he has to speak to someone and get back to me - that was over 3 weeks ago. Their corporate office rushes you off the phone and will not help and do not want to hear about the problems. I've paid for services for 2 months that I have not even had and no one wants to do anything about it. Pay the extra money for a well reputable company because this place isn't worth the little bit of savings you may get.

The technicians assigned to me over the last two days have been astounding! Christian finished the job of his colleague today without any negative customer service whatsoever. He even went further by completely finishing the work from previous company visits. For the hours this took, handling the work with grace, and thoroughness, while making sure we have full access to all of the features, priceless!

We previously had Hawk Security and I guess Alert 360 bought them out (unsure on this) But, one day the techs showed up with different shirts. We have always been happy with service and techs with Hawk. We recently had Alert 360 install almost 20 cameras for our small business. The cameras are a HUGE upgrade from our old ones. Expensive but nice. The techs are fantastic and informative and seem to really want to help. (Well, one tech was not but apparently he quit- He had constant personal conversations on his phone and when his girlfriend brought him a drink and they were kissing in my business parking lot...lol) The customer service over the phone needs some serious improvement. :(:(:( When they didn't have an answer for me, they shuffled me around to different departments and finally sent me to a voicemail. My husband left several messages as well. Never returning our calls, its been a week! Now our cameras are down and when we called them for assistance they cant find our account. We have had the system for 2 weeks. Not a great feeling. I am loosing my confidence that this company will helpful going forward. Would have much rather have outdated cameras for better costumer service.

Our experience with Alert 360 has been nothing short of wonderful! When our sensor wasn't working properly, a technician was sent immediately. Christian was wonderful to work with, he paid great attention to detail and ensured our security system was back online.

We have been a customer of Alert 360 for several years. They are always quick to dispatch someone when we need assistance. The technician who came today was very pleasant and thorough. He addressed all our issues and tested all aspects of the system before leaving. To be honest, I have had issues with other techs leaving and not testing everything, only for us to find that something wasn’t working exactly right afterwards but I did not experience that problem today. Overall, I do recommend Alert 360. I think they offer a good security system and back it up with a responsive service dept.
