The minimum Contract term is 5 Years and it will cost $35 per month of the remaining term if it is cancelled early. There's no way I'd ever agree to that for a security company. If you fail to live up to expectations, that's on you and you owe me for time wasted, not the other way around. You're in the business of protecting people after all - act like you care and want to provide outstanding service instead of just get a nice perk to your bottom line when you piss people off. It's a shame that they have such a good advantage with home builders but fail to make a good impression when they have to stand on their own. Seems it has only made them more greedy and less ethical. Also, I reviewed the Packages online so I would be prepared; however, the Technician stated that they don't do packages (everything is priced individually). That's a common strategy to disorient customers and absolutely not the fault of the technician. There's a picture attached of the cost breakdowns I received if anyone is curious about their pricing.

Marc from Guardian was the best technician we literally have ever had come to our home from any company! He went above and beyond in helping get things up and running and getting our keyless door lock installed when the previous tech said it couldn’t be done. Guardian is lucky to have him!

Bobby was amazing! He was extremely informative, patient, and knowledgeable! He spent plenty of time showing me all of the equipment and features. He made sure everything was functioning properly, answered all of my questions, and he never made me feel rushed. The products are quality and the app is awesome!
