Great experience so far! I submitted a request for a quote online and got a call very soon after. The process was explained very clearly. Brad installed our system and did a good job with the equipment and teaching us how to use it.
Overall amazing experience! I was looking for a trustworthy company to install a home security/alarm system. I spoke with Landon who went in great detail about all my options and answered every single question I had. I then had Matt install our system and explained how to use it properly and answered any questions we had. I would definitely recommend!

Great experience all the way around. My technician Brad was awesome. Super nice guy and very knowledgeable about what he does. Everything is installed perfectly and looks great.

Very helpful, Brad does most of my convenience stores for cameras and alarm. Every time I see him, he is on it. If you need their services, I’d highly recommend requesting for him.

We had an alarm installed early 2017 and have had no problems until I had random "panel tampering" notifications with calls to EMS in the past few days. I reached out to True Protection, who promptly gave me a reason, told me how to fix the problem in the least expensive way (with a video attachment), and gave me the option to have a technician install a new battery. This all happened within one single day. Brad arrived at the set time (only 1-hr window) and installed the new battery. He was very kind and professional. I recommend True Protection highly. I have never had problems prior to an old battery. The installation was spot on, and the ongoing customer service is amazing.
