This company fails to meet basic expectations from appliciance repair companies. One would think that after an entire week they would submit findings to insurance company for repair. Not the case with them. Wont answer calls, and lack basic discipline when talking to customers. If you are a paying customer find someone else. Appliance Repair is not found here.

Repairman came on the morning we called. He told us that the built-in microwave was unrepairable w/out $350 uninstall/reinstall, which we agreed was not worth it. Not great news but explanation was thorough and made sense and he didn't charge us for the $89 visit, which we had already agreed to pay even if we didn't use their service. He gave us good advice for future purchases, took his time, and was very professional. Will definitely use them for other repairs.
