Not the cheapest home upgrade but well worth it. We had Koala come out this past March to top off our attic off with blown in fiberglass. They did a great job. Very professional and left our home clean. They also added a solar fan to help pull the heat out. Now that we have had some heat, I can say it has made a huge difference. Our AC's are not working near as hard and our home is overall very comfortable. Last summer we could not get below 80 degrees until late evening.

From the start of my research the whole company has been amazing to work with. Amanda came to do the inspection and quote and was very knowledgeable and genuine in sharing options and what would be best for my house. Scheduling was easy and quick, Gary was great to work with and stayed in touch regarding possible delays because of a hurricane. Ezra and Buddy showed up on time (a little early actually but called to make sure it was ok, were very polite and professional and explained the whole process and how long it would take. They were quick and thorough, showed me pictures of my completed project and shared additional information about my fan. If I ever need another fan, or when I decide in improve my insulation or have friends who need one I will definitely be using this team again.

First let me assure you, I have no personal relationship with the folks at Koala Insulation. Other than the fact that we found them locally, we had no connections with this company prior to selecting them for the job at our new house. That's important to note because we (my wife and I) want it known that the merits I speak of when referring to this company are solely based on their service, work ethic and business professionalism which I can tell you now is as good as I have ever seen. Not because they did what they said they'd do or because their work was exemplary which it was. Not because they were very cost effective and customer service oriented which was in fact a strong point.
