So happy we found this company. Our fabric softener cup popped out from our agitator in our washing machine. A few repair companies suggested I buy a new machine. I’m glad I got a hold of Appliance Now as Josh promptly showed up (on Memorial Day no less!) and fixed it and showed us to how to fix it if it happened again in the future. No new machine needed! He also waited to make sure the washer was running ok without any leaks. It’s hard to find reliable and reasonable folks these days so will be keeping their contact info on hand for future appliance repairs and installations. Thanks Taylor and Josh!

From the moment I called and talked w Taylor on the phone I knew this was the company I wanted working on our dryer, instead of replacing it. Their prices are better than 2 other companies I had called, he was very knowledgeable, helpful, answered all my questions, and they got to me the next morning. I even appreciated the inside of my dryer was vacuumed & cleaned while replacing the broken heating element. Taylor & his team did a great job & I would choose to use them again if ever needed.

They accommodated this, and Taylor and Billy arrived at the perfect time! They explained things to me in a way I'd understand easily and let me know what they were doing as they did it. Taylor asked me to let him know if there were any more problems, and even reached out on his own the next day to check up! Highly recommend!

I called about my washer and dryer not working correctly and asked if there's any way they could have their tech come to my place last so I didn't have to take too much time off work, and they accommodated this for me! Taylor and Billy arrived and asked what the problems were and explained things along the way in a way that was easy to understand, and made sure I was happy with the service before they left.
