Can’t say enough good things about our repair experience - the technician, Jeff, agreed to give us an appointment at the end of his work day since our fridge/freezer had stopped cooling & we were expecting house guests the next day. We’d called two other companies from google first, who didn’t answer or didn’t service LG appliances. Jeff was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Fridge is once again working, and we couldn’t be happier with the service provided. Thanks again!

Absolutely amazing experience with Jeff. He came in and after about 45 mins of working he found the issue and came back with replacement parts once they were in stock and boom my dishwasher was working again!

We called Jeff at Contact Appliance repair since our freezer was not working. He shows up at the time that he said would be there during the storm and keeps us informed that he have to turn around due to flood water in our neighborhood.
He ran his diagnosis and quoted us the cost, then he went to get part and returned within half hour and repaired our freezer. He is very detailed and patient. I highly recommend his service.

Outstanding service! The technician arrived right on time and was incredibly tidy and thorough throughout the repair process. He conducted a comprehensive diagnostic, swiftly identifying the issue as a faulty control board. Promptly procuring the necessary part, he resolved the problem, all within the same day. Jeff answered my call at around 9 am and was able to come have a look at my Samsung dryer that was not heating the same day. He came 2 hours later and was done in an hour. Thoroughly explained the issue, fixed it and at a reasonable price. Great customer service. Will definitely recommend and use again in the future. Thank you!

Contact did a great job and were so, so thoughtful while they were at our house. My 3 littles were asleep and the technician was very quiet and thoughtful to not disturb anyone. They diagnosed the problem, discussed the options (and honestly discussed pricing instead of trying to up sell), and finished the work within 1.5 hours of the widow for arrival! They did a fantastic job and we will definitely use them again in the future.

Jeff fixed our washer efficiently and it’s running better than it was before it was broken. He was friendly, professional and generous with his knowledge. I would call him again in a heartbeat if any of our appliances break!

Jeff fixed 2 appliances in my home ( washing machine and dishwasher). He was fast, efficient and very professional. He told me that he owns his own business which allows him to charge his customers with a fair and reasonable price. One thing I really like about the way he fixes things is he points out to you what the problem is and gives you choices on how to best resolve it in a way that is cost effective (You can either buy the parts from him or order from Amazon whichever is cheaper) so you can save money. He is honest and an expert in his field. I will be a repeat customer in the future. Attached are the videos of my leaking washer ( before it was fixed). I was so satisfied with his work that I also had him fix my dishwasher.
