I would recommend this company if you have a LG appliance that needs repair. DO NOT let LG assign a repair company to you, but instead let them know that you want to use Royal Appliance. They were very courteous, and the technician (Blake) was very timely and respectful.

Jon was absolutely wonderful! When our fridge went out he was very prompt and knowledgeable about the issue. He was able to fix the refrigerator within one week since he had to order part from the manufacturer. Jon educated me on everything he did. I am incredibly grateful for Royal Appliance and highly recommend their services.
