When you step your foot into the place to get any tiles the lady at the show room already get annoyed just by you being there, she bothered if you ask her anything
This Emser branch and specifically Taylor are fantastic to work with! They are on top of everything from both a design and customer service standpoint. Taylor is always quick to respond and proactive in getting our team samples and new products as needed. He's also great at listening to our specific needs and finding unique solutions. If you're looking for tile in the area I definitely recommend reaching out to Emser and working with Taylor.

Emser's spring location is the easiest to work with. I work as a designer in East Texas and I try to use this location for tile as often as possible. Taylor is great to work with and Phillip always helps with anything.

This Location has been servicing my Store for the last 6 years. Phillip and Taylor are the absolute best people and business partners that I could ask for. Delivery’s run like clockwork, products are priced perfectly in a market that is tough, and they go above and beyond to fill all my stores needs. My store will fully support Emser with these two guys in the picture.

Worst place to go get any tile the lady at the showroom didn’t help at all on anything she seems like she’s bothered if you ask her anything!!! Never again I will take my business somewhere else I advise ever one to do the same. To bad it’s the only Emser open on Saturday in this area.

Javier warehouse gentleman is fun and energetic will do what it takes to get the job done. He’s great!
Jamie is my rep and he makes me feel important and is quick to drop what he’s doing to get me the help I need. Enjoy working with him. Love that dude!!!

Nice tile with a good selection of affordable to extravagant but make sure you seek help from someone other than Isabelle. She is much too busy to help out or be friendly to walk in people. My tile guy even called ahead and asked her to help me when I arrived in 15 minutes.

My contractor referred me to this showroom location on August 4, 2015, however the salespersons proceeded to assist other customers that entered after me and refused to provide service to me. After discussions with their corporate office and regional manager it is very evident this is the culture of this company. I would not recommend Emser Tile based on their discrimination practices.
