Technician was on time, courteous and listened to what the problem we were having. He changed out the motion sensor and the battery in the second one. Also advised that we needed a new control panel and placed the order for us to get one.

Day before notice of arrival Same day notice of arrival time. Introduced himself. Asked a few questions and went straight to work. Figured out why my system was messed up and fixed it. Showed me how to reset system after opening a sensor. Oscar is the MAN! Did not need to replace any equipment. Charge was reasonable. Happy customer!

See update below. Original post: This company is a scam. I stayed on the phone for 30 minutes with support and the agent couldn't resolve the beeping issue after having me try multiple things. She called me back 30 minutes later to say she would send a service tech out. The tech came out and pressed the star button and said the battery was low. Not one time did the call agent ask me to press the star button. She also shared that they would wave the trip charge, so why do I see a trip charge. The tech who came showed me tge battery for the smoke detector and said I needed to use his battery although shared I had a Duracell battery. He insisted I used their battery. To find out they charged me $29.95 , $49, and labor $19.50. Don't use this company! They nickel and dime you for everything. I am not satisfied at all. If I could give a zero I would. Update 8/13/2024: Changing my review from a 1 to a 4. Got a call from Genevieve this morning. She shared her concern with my experience and offered to give me a refund. Very professional and competent technician, Antonio, helped me today with my issue. We needed some new connections because the other ones were old wires, and a new battery. He did some troubleshooting to make sure that all the connections were secure and working properly. He did a very thorough job and made sure everything was perfect before he left.

Great company! I’ve been with them about 7 years and they always provide excellent customer service. Oscar is a very good technician. They monitor my home well. One time when I accidentally hit the panic button a cop came to my home.
