NEVER EVER EVER use Daniel gallegos or gallegos generator co. Daniel cashed a ck from me 7/2/24 for $7731.00 as 60% of del & installation of generator promised in 4-6 wks. He never contacted me again until 9/12 when I filed a complaint with bbb. He did finally start installation on 9/24 but left after 2 hrs. He promised to come back 9/25. He did not instead he texted at 6:25am & said he'd be back 9/26. I haven't heard from him since (it's 10/2). I think $7731.- &14 wks for 2 hrs of wk is criminal! DON'T USE DANIEL GALLEGOS!!

After being without power for 5 days after Beryl, my husband and I decided to look at getting a home generator. I called Gallegos Generator and Electirc Co. And spoke to the owner, Daniel Gallegos, who was very kind and knowledgeable over the phone. I immediately scheduled an appointment to meet him the following day. My appointment time came and went with no call from Daniel. I called after our meeting time and Daniel advised his office was suppose to call me to reschedule as he had a family emergency. So I rescheduled for the following day. My husband left work a early to make sure he was home on time to meet with Daniel at 5pm. At 4pm my husband calls and says can you call Daniel I just saw him down the street. I called Daniel and left a message to let him know my husband passed him up, but if he wanted to meet earlier he was home. We have yet to hear from Daniel. It's unfortunate because I believe in helping local small businesses, and we were ready to commit in installing a unit.

The Outage! I'm new to generator maintenance and ours needed it, and has run for2 - 3 days straight. Desperately needed to talk to someone, naturally nothing but voicemail, leave a message. #4 on list, called Daniel picked up, answered a dozen questions, even scheduled a service call for the same day. What a Great effort in the middle of everything, the best and almost unheard of these days, Daniel walked me through the procedure, went Walmart bought what I needed, came home, 2 hour shutdown and completed the service, while shutting down the proper way without damaging the unit. We even texted, with fast responses! I found my new service company and absolutely impressed and satisfied! Mac

Daniel Gallegos doesn’t answer his phone or answer texts or emails. His voicemail is always full. He takes your maintenance money and disappears like a scam artist. I think the term “ghosting” comes to mind. I have so much more to say. Look for further reviews to come. Can I give him zero stars?

Truly professional service from Daniel and his team. He addressed all questions and provided me a detailed quote on a comprehensive security system. I appreciate the team coming on time and completing the project on time. The team is very knowledgeable and was willing to take the time to ensure all work was done to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend them, and plan to use their services again. Very pleased!!!
