Excellent from start to finish in our small, cross-town move. Scheduling was efficient, they were available on short notice, easy to communicate with, clear on pricing. The movers were on time, easy to work with, and they did the job in less time than estimated. I would hire them again. A great value.
The team at AOT moving were polite, prompt and quick. They were on time and done even quicker. Everything was put back together correctly and quickly. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I am a hospice social worker. This provider was hired by the family to assist with moving furniture. We needed the furniture moved as quickly as possible to make room for hospital bed for an actively dying patient. Sadly, on one of the most difficult days for a family they had to deal with a moving company that basically ghosted them every time they called to find out the time of arrival. From 10 o’clock in the morning until I arrived at 3 PM that afternoon the family were told that the movers would be coming from Killeen. I contacted this company At 3:30 PM and was told the same thing by the woman who answered the phone. This company never came out, or contacted the family to let them know that they would not be coming. Myself, and two family members had to move the furniture. It’s sad that I’m one of the most difficult days of family had to deal with moving furniture rather than just spending time with her loved one. Very disappointed. Thankfully, we were able to hire another company that came out the next day. I would not recommend using this company!

All of Texas Moving was fantastic!! We had 4 movers and each one of them was excellent. They were nice, asked questions if they were unsure, and helped however they could. They took great care of all of our belongings and everything arrived in perfect condition. They were super fast. Our entire move (loading and unloading, big stuff only) took around 4.5 hours. I will absolutely use them again if/when we need moving services. They were reasonable priced and well worth every penny. Highly recommend them!

Joshua and his team did a move for me on June 10th. Unfortunately my less then 1 years old 10000btu portable A/C did not survive the move. He dropped it down a flight of stairs. It went end over end. Cracked it all up. I have pictures Now I talked to the nice girl in the office assured me they would be replacing it. Talked to her Monday the 17th of June. She stated a replacement will be ordered and I would have a tracking number in a day or two. We are now 4 weeks out from that date. No tracking number. No new A/c. I was assured it was being replaced. Talked last Monday the 1st of July. And told she was on it. So think about this next time you are looking at these guys for a move.

We had a time set for these folks to come and help us load up our U-Haul on Monday, and they never showed up. After calling myself and having only ever had a message machine pick up, my wife called and dealt with a young lady that constantly shifted the blame to Casey(?) for not booking our appointment once a time was set. She told us on 4 separate occasions that we would be called back immediately with information about when someone could come out to assist. Yet we had to call each and every time after an hour of waiting to receive the update. And it was always a "blame Casey" situation, despite the failure of the young lady to follow up.
Casey eventually called us and indeed took responsibility for this situation. That didn't change the situation though, as we needed everything to be loaded up that very day. She offered money, which doesn't do us any good as we needed the service, not a cash payment. I have bad knees and unfortunately due to lugging boxes up and down stairs, my right knee popped again. It didn't require going to the hospital, but it made this move just that much worse. Some people rely on these services for assistance and need them to arrive when a time is agreed upon.
It's clear to us that this company has more issues than just one person's aptitude. There is a lack of professionalism within this office, and it has resulted in the loss of what was potentially $400. If I were the owner of this business, with the competition that I have around me, I would be addressing this with the staff and make role changes as necessary.

Booked with these movers and no one showed up. No confirmation call. I tried calling leaving messages and they didn’t return our calls. Not reliable nor responsive. Save yourself and book with someone else who is reliable and reputable.
