We called Austin to get a quote on removing several pallets on our lot at Lonestar Forklift, He immediately answered, provided us with a quote, and was here at 8 AM as promised the following Thursday. Very polite and professional. We will definitely be using him for future services. Highly recommend for any junk removal needs.. % star business!!

Fantastic Customer Service!!! I couldn’t have had a better experience! I am from California, I had 2 1/2 days to clean out my parents storage and put everything - minus the stuff they didn’t need - into their new place. I had to leave on Sunday, so I only had the weekend, and no one is open on weekends - Austin had me text him a pic of what he needed to pick up - and he gave me a reasonable price. He squeezed me in for a pick up on Monday so my parents wouldn’t have to deal with it. He also made it easy to pay him!! I would recommend him and his services to anyone!!! Thank you Austin and East Texas Junk Removal for taken the stress out of a stressful situation !! Holly
