These guys are the best. Thank you Clayton Loper with helping us print a form we needed and getting someone to unload our truck so quickly.
Ivan, thank you for going the extra mile unloading another lift off our truck that went to Grapevine which was our first stop, and reloading it. You saved us over an hour and a half by doing this. As truck drivers we need all the time we can get!
Going to Grapevine now then headed for a pick-up in Denning.

I called Matt Wright on Mondays and scheduled a lift for Wednesday .. he was on it and processed the order for his office to have the lift here at 9am ..Matt did a awesome job for me . Too bad his office couldn’t get the job done on time . I sent over credit card info and paid ahead of time.. well come Wednesday morning there is no lift here and it’s now 11am .. I called and spoke with a gentlemen who gave me the run around about to when the lift would be here .. and remember I have my guys here to work at 9am and standing around waiting for this lift to show up !! Still no lift and called back and the guy had no answers for me ... needless to say we had to go to United and was able to get a lift quick ... I would not do business here again .. please fix ur staff and train them how to be a professional ..

These guys are always professional and polite from my experience, and the prices are competitive, if not lower, than anyone else around (4 other national comps). Not to mention... their equipment is all virtually new.

Unbelievable!! Rented s piece of equipment! Had some damage got a bill a week later you would think I now own it! Come up with an issue I knew nothing about! Would not will not recommend to anyone who wants to rent! Machine would not start on Saturday. Could not reach a soul! Called a friend and had to jump starter and could not kill the machine in fear of not starting again! ??????????
Please avoid these people at all cost! Think I will now report BBB. ????????????
