I called to make an appointment to have a broken spring replaced in one of our two garage doors and to andjust the vertical gaps when closed and I asked them to go over both doors carefully and perform whatever needed to be done. The repairman that they sent said he didn’t know how to replace “that kind of spring” and he didn’t do any of the routine maintenance I had requested. When I asked him about making the adjustments to the closed doors he said “Oh, we don’t really do that anymore” and he tried to sell me on a type of weatherstripping. The next morning I had an appointment, so I called Overhead Door to see when they would be able to come back. I was told that he would be there between nine and noon, but I told them that wouldn’t work for me because I had a conflict. I ask them why they didn’t call and check with me before scheduling, but didn’t get an answer. That afternoon the second repairman came and replaced two springs, serviced both doors, and tried to sell me on weatherstripping, instead of in the doors. He called and got a price on it and it would be close to $200 more. I told him I didn’t want to do that and I wanted him to adjust the doors to keep them from leaking. He got out a tool and had that done in less than 10 minutes. The total for all the work was about $195. I guess what bothered me most is that both of the guys they sent bordered on unprofessional. Neither one of them introduced themselves to me, and I don’t feel like they positively represented the company at all. This was our first time to use Overhead Door Company, and it might be the last.

Technician, Lane, was very courteous & knowledgeable! He skillfully assessed & repaired my garage door problems promptly! I am the the only driver for several friends with scheduled appointments yesterday, so we were able to make it to all appointments on time

We got the most expensive garage door openers they had, but they have a life time guarantee. There is an app that goes on our phones we can open and close them from any where. There are cameras on them so we can get packages delivered and we can see who delivered them. We love them. Installation was quick and easy!!!

I had an issue with loose cables on one of my garage doors. I went by Overhead Door Company of Waco and talked to them. They scheduled and appointment for the next day and later I received a text providing me with a 3-hour time window for the technician's arrival. The technician (Terry) arrived at 2:00 pm, assessed the situation, determined the problem and adjusted the spring tension on not only the door that I was having a problem with but the other door as well. He was done and driving off by 2:31 pm and the cost was incredibly reasonable! Terry was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. So far everything works fine, and I am very pleased,

They were here within 30 minutes of the call to fix my springs. The tech, Lane was great! Very knowledgeable. It was obvious he was professional in his job and really knew what he was doing. I highly recommend! Great experience, from the initial call to the completed work!
