Fire & Water Restoration Plus exceeded all my expectations! From my initial interaction with Scott, who expertly detailed their estimate process, to their seamless coordination with my insurance adjuster, every step was smooth and transparent. Juan's constant communication ensured I was kept in the loop, from scheduling to progress updates. Their dedication resulted in a flawless restoration of my home, leaving me thoroughly impressed and grateful. After a small plumbing leak under my sink a good friend of mine recommended scott at fire and water restoration. He came out and not only fixed the damaged.But help me redo my kitchen and my den, making it even better than before. Some 11 months later, a small repair needed to be done.So I called them and they came right awsy and fixed it. The young man, Braden was very nice and courteous and fixed it right away.Scott had to come out several times each time
He spent at least an hour with me explaining everything that needed to be done. And Judy not only packed everything in and out for me.But when she brought it back in she reorganized my kitchen which turned out great. And juan, The Project manager, was here almost every day making sure everything was done properly with all the sub contractors. Thank you firing water for going above and beyond and making my kitchen and dead even better than before.

Fire and Water Restoration performed some repairs to a shower by replacing some broken tile. Crew was professional from beginning to end and communicated each step in advance. We are very happy with the job done and the folks who came out to do the work.

We had water damage in our kitchen due to a busted valve. From a referral from a friend, we called Scott. From our first meeting with Scott, he felt like family.
Scott and his guys gave us a beautiful new kitchen, flooring and baseboards downstairs and new placement for our TV. They were professional, efficient and had it done in about 6 weeks.
It’s been 4 months now that we’ve been enjoying our new kitchen. We are so pleased with all of their hard work and love the new remodeled design Scott created.
Scott is a good, honest person and keeps his word each step of they way. He’s resourceful, with many ideas and made great changes to the design which we love. His attention to detail is so appreciated and he has great organizational skills to go along with it all.
We will be calling them in the future for any work we need done. Working with Scott, Donna and all of the guys was the best experience we could have hoped for! They are the best!

The team here is phenomenal. Scott and the team were very empathetic and professional. We had a complete home remodel on granny’s house. The flood required new flooring up and downstairs, replacement cabinets, and remodeling. He has been a great guy to work with and kept us in the loop as to continuing steps. With that being said, he will be working on our home in the future.
