I strongly recommend Five Star Painting to anyone looking for painting service. I've been through many paint projects in my life and this was by far the easiest process I've experienced.
Michelle was our project manager and she is incredibly professional, and has the customers' interests front of mind. There's no salesmanship here - only dedication and commitment to the art of their work. Michelle checked our house daily, called me with a detailed update, and even jumped to help us when we had TWO water leaks. She would punch the completed areas as the painters moved through the house, so when they were ready for our review, there was practically nothing for us to correct. There was ZERO overspray and that team has an eye for detail.
Another highlight: They were the lowest of (4) proposals. Not by a lot where you would second-guess their capabilities, but reasonably priced where the customer isn't gouged.
I will call Five Start Painting (and Michelle!) for every project going forward.
At first I had a rough experience with the call center, partially my fault. BUT then they truly exceeded my expectations communicating the way I prefer (via text). Not only did they have a clear process, but also the work was done professionally and much faster than initially anticipated.
Michele was our project manager. We started out by discussing our paint/stain goals and preferences. She provided advice based on what I like and an estimated timeline to get everything done.
What I really appreciated from Michele is that she came back to check on the job, and made sure they clean up really well even though we didn’t point out anything or complain. She also ensured the crew did some final retouches before receiving payment. I appreciate this attention to detail to do what’s right.
It was a fast/ easy process and work done well. They also left additional material from the job. I highly recommend.

I'm getting ready to sell my house and part of that process is refreshing the paint in main areas. I had hired a different company, BrandX but they were messy, arbitrary and just dropped the ball so I fired them. Being under the gun, my realtor suggested Five Star. I called and the next day, I had a thorough walk through and had a price. It was more than fair so I committed to it. They knew that time was of the essence and started the very next day. Beautiful work, better by far than when it was new. Courteous and thoughtful painters. It was by far the best experience I have ever had with any home repair type company. I recommend them highly and I will never use anyone by Five Star. Great company!

Nice job painting the exterior of the home. Workers were professional and hardworking. Cleanup was good, but missed several screws in my driveway. Only complaint is that they painted my front door the wrong color. Due to the excessive heat and flies entering my home, I declined their offer to repaint the door the correct color. One day with an open door was enough. I asked for a $100 discount for the color error, but was denied. He reduced it only $50.

From the first meeting for an estimate we felt like the company was reliable. We’ve put our job off for a long time because we didn’t think we could afford it. We were elated to learn we actually could. The communications from start to finish with the Cindy in the office, project manager Michelle, and the painter were thorough and clear. We knew they were monitoring the timing and details of our job. Everything went exactly according to their plan. We could not be more pleased with the results. We are very confident that when we have another project, we have 5Star to rely on. We will be happy to refer them to anyone.

Had the interior of our house painted this week by Five Star Pointing Dallas and it looks great! They showed up on time, provided skilled painters who were meticulous with their work and cleaned up as they finished each area. The Project Manage, Michelle, was awesome—kept us informed on progress, reviewed completed work, and directed touch-ups where needed. Highly recommend this company!

I do not recommend this company. Salesman was great and thought we would pay extra for a professional service.
I might as well have hired the crew at the day laborer spot myself. Maybe I could have picked a better crew. I had to take off to supervise them because about 5 men were just dropped off with no direction. They did not fill in holes or touch up cracks . The plant appeared very thin and I had to point out the paint was coming through an already light colored wall . The cabinets they painted were horrible I wanted to pull my hair out because honestly I could have done better.
One of the managers came by to check in to see how it was going and argued with me about charging another coat of paint. I asked her if the crew could remove a lots of dead bugs that flew in while the guys left my door open for long periods of time . She said she would ask if they would clean them but couldn’t force them to do it . ( I did not have a super long ladder ? that could reach the three window sills on the 2nd story portion of my home ) . Do not recommend. Very unprofessional.

Five Star did a fantastic job! They removed popcorn and painted ceiling and walls. Very pleased with the work done. Michelle and the crew were awesome! Plan to use them again for next project!

Five Star was so easy to work with. They turned around the estimate and proposal right on the spot. The scheduling process was easy and Michele was very friendly, communicative, and made booking and the whole process so easy for us. They painted two rooms for us within half a day and did a fantastic job. Way better than we could have done ourselves (we tried).
