Working with Generation Solar was a breath of fresh air. We sat down and listened to four different local companies. Blue Raven was extremely overpriced and very pushy. North Coast Solar had a really nice sales rep but was even more expensive than Blue Raven.The other companies were okay, not very knowledgeable when it came to explaining the process. More like kids trying to sell me something, to be honest. We really enjoyed our consultation with Jacob from Generation Solar. They answered all of our questions very thoroughly. We didn't feel pressured, and they kept their word on their timelines.They scheduled a site survey and found out we had mold in our attic and some water damage.They gave us a quote and added it to our solar payment, and our bill only went up two bucks! We did not pay a single penny out of pocket, which was hard for my wife and me to believe. On the day of installation, the guys showed up on time and knocked the project out. Our sales rep stopped by, brought pizza, and put our yard sign in. I wanted to wait a few months to leave a review to see how my system would actually work, and it is currently producing more power than I can use. I could go on and on about how happy we are to be part of the solar family. Take it from me, a guy who did his homework: Generation Solar is the best in Michigan. I would and will be referring jacob to anyone who wants to break up with consumers energy and make the smart decision to own their power instead of renting it from consumers energy.

He and another tech came out as contractors for Titan Solar to look into issues with the panels, and Chase was beyond efficient in his work. He made sure to communicate with me throughout the process, and at no point did he talk down to me like the previous techs, with Titan not generation, had done. Definitely a 10 out of 10 experience, and if we have further issues, I will be requesting Chase to work with us again. ?

Chase and his group were absolutely awesome. We live in Celina TX and many people in are area decide to go solar, so we looked into it. Chase explained everything simply and very thoroughly. They were there for us from start to finish. There was a small delay in with the permit but not their fault. Other than the permit delay everything was great. Will be recommending them to our coworkers and neighbors. Definitely get the solar insure 3rd party insurance as it extends the warranties to 30 years and cover if the install company and the equipment manufacturer goes out of business. Chase pointed this out and it was the one of the major selling points for us.
