The best roofing company I've ever used with, and I've used a few. From the sales process to the actual install, they were extremely great. Josh, Andreas, and Jordan were all great communicators and very efficient. The entire roof was installed in 2-3 days. The crew who installed cleaned up really well. I'll for sure use Legacy if ever I need a roof again.

Our Legacy Roofing Experience/ Review Back in 2020, me and my wife filed an insurance claim for wind damage to get our roof replaced. The claim got denied as most insurance considers roof as wear and tear. The first company we called was Legacy Roofing, and Derek B. was very straight forward, did his inspection and gave us an estimate. However, we didn’t have the money back then. So we had to hold off this project. Fast forward to 2024. Beginning of February, a roofing company was driving around our neighborhood. Their main focus was to file a claim with the insurance company tight away. The representative did a very quick inspection and already claimed that our shingles weren’t manufactured anymore. He pushed us to get the claim filed. However, our roof was getting close to 30 years old. We did not file for a claim. Instead, I called Legacy Roofing at the beginning of April. This time, the Estimator was Jadin B. From start to finish of just this one conversation, I was already sold and committed. Jadin was very understanding, presented me with his inspections and findings, and gave us assurance that our roof will be done in a right way and we wouldn’t need to worry about it for the next decades thanks to their backed up warranties. We didn’t really pull the trigger into the end of April due to other obligations first. But when we did, everything was lining up as they should be. Andreas was the next person I dealt with from PreConstruction all the way to the end. Andreas was very accommodating to our schedule, kept us updated of new information and when the projected start date would take place. We cleared the driveway to the crew to arrive to place the dumpster and their materials. They showed up bright and early the next day, and the demolition began. They covered the siding of our homes, and made sure our personal items were out of the way which I very much appreciated. Day 1 was demolition; Day 2 was the installation and pickup of their materials. We would express our gratitude to Legacy Roofing and the team who made a smooth transition. Now we can live comfortably knowing our roof was done the first right way. Thank you very very much, Legacy Roofing. You guys rock!!!

Very professional and pay attention to the smallest details. Mine was a complete replacement with having to remove and reinstall all of my solar panels heat cable and leaf guards Highly recommended Derrik did an excellent job estimating my needs and cost and made it a flawless easy process. Every appointment he made for consultation he was on time and paid great attention to detail. The installation crew was professional and left the project cleaned up spotless as though the project was complete. They cleaned up nightly not after the 7 day project was over. I need a new roof and contacted five different companies to provide cost estimates. Derek Burris was the estimator who came from Legacy Roofing. He showed up exactly on time and I was soon impressed with his professionalism and knowledge of the technical aspects of what would be required and how the work would be performed. I could tell that he had spent some time actually doing roofing work and was not just a "desk jockey." As I began to receive proposals from the vendors, Derek's was the one most tailored for the customer's understanding; it had minimal industry jargon, codes or abbreviations and included everything that we had discussed during his visit. That indicated that he really listened, observed and processed the scope of work. I also really appreciated how Derek's detailed proposal was itemized, with line item numbers, item names, quantity, unit price, taxable status and sub-totals. As someone who has worked in contracting myself, I find that is the most transparent way to evaluate the individual elements included, and how the costs for a project are derived. Derek was also quick to thoroughly respond to my questions and found ways to keep costs as low as possible, which I very much appreciated -- he is thorough, personable and great asset to his company. Legacy Roofing didn't offer the lowest cost proposal, but it may prove to be the best value. Could only rate four stars because they haven't done any work as of this writing.

Legacy Roofing took great care of us! Went above and beyond. Confirmed the source of our roof leak, checked out related attic issues, looked at our entire roof, took lots of "before and after" photos for us, answered all our questions, and patiently explained everything to us. Then repaired it to our satisfaction. Two months later, a bad windstorm blew off a couple of our shingles. Legacy came out and looked at it; then replaced them with our leftover shingles at no charge. Highly recommend them.

I got a bunch of different bids for my roof. Legacy Roofing came in pretty mid range which I appreciated. I liked the warranty and the fact that they would keep my gutters on. I read all the reviews and made sure we picked the best guys for the job! We worked with Rob and he did EVERYTHING he said he was going to do. The crew that worked on our roof was Mauricio and these guys are AMAZING! They replaced all the rotting wood and everything in 2 days!! They did a magnet sweep and swept everything up it looks better then I imagined. Jordan picked up the dumpster and extra materials the day after they finished the roof. Jordan then went over again with the magnet to make sure nothing was left under the dumpster. Jordan was extremely nice. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is the communication. I read the reviews before we hired Legacy and I did read the communication was frustrating but I figured it was the language barrier with the crew. It's the rep, (the in between guy) I don't understand the point of his job. He doesn't speak Spanish so he cant communicate with the crew, and he didn't update me when I would call to try and get my invoice paid. All in all he did it but I hated having to remind him. I didn't want to be annoying. He's a really nice guy and I feel like he could do really well if he knew to call back and stuff. After I talked to him and Rob about it he did try, so hopefully it gets better. I would totally hire Legacy Roofing again. Mauricio and his crew are truly amazing!! super nice, hard working guys!

I would highly recommend Legacy Roofing for any of your roofing needs. They seem to have employees with great experience and are familiar with filing insurance claims from wind damage on your roof. From the start Jason Sims was very professional, made constant contact, and he helped give us insight as to what our homeowners insurance company may ask or need from us. He was even willing to me with the insurance company's roof adjuster. After we decided to use Legacy Roofing for our repairs, Braxton was the next guy we met with and he too was very professional and helpful with answering our questions and getting our issues resolved when it came to the before and after work that was done on our whole roof. We did the upgrade for the attic venting and have been very pleased with that upgrade, our upper level rooms feel much cooler in the summer. In all, we had our whole roof re-shingled, one side of our facia repaired from wind damage and did the attic venting upgrade. We are very pleased and happy with the work done by Legacy Roofing!
