I worked with BCA on the Fort Douglas Waterline Replacement Project...quite possibly the most challenging small project I have every managed...with over 400 hidden utilities and historical structures. BCA was with me every step of the way, to ensure that the Fort's drinking water and fire protection was never compromised through multiple redesigns...providing Construction Administration and Site Visits to help us deal with almost daily challenges from differing site conditions. I would recommend them for any project...they are attentive, professional and conscientious.

I recommend this firm 100% We had to get an elevation review on our home because a creek runs through our back yard.
