Jordan Williams has exceeded my expectations during his electrical work on my home remodel project. Even with added scope to his portion of the effort, he has always responded with a positive attitude and has been willing to stay late to complete necessary tasks for each day. His expertise and experience are quite evident as I have watched him work. He is also very pleasant and sociable in his demeanor and very customer oriented. Awesome work and overall customer experience with Jordan and Black Out Electric!
Here’s a quick overview of how my experience went:
- I sent an inquiry about wiring my barn on Friday April 26th through their website.
- I had a confirmation email to meet Monday April 29th.
- I met with Jordan Monday the 29th and he was even early to the appointment.
- I had the bid by end of day April 29th.
- The work was completed by May 2nd with (exception of the finish work that comes after drywall)

Black Out’s work was a better price, more efficient in their scheduling, enjoyable to work with, and completed the work in less time than it took to get a bid back from a different electrician. Highly recommend this company! Thanks again!! ??

Jordan was phenomenal to work with. Immediately felt as though he was someone I could trust, and we became good friends. We have an older home, that brought old home challenges, throughout the remodel. Jordan was honest and open about the process, and communicated perfectly. 100 percent satisfied with his work.

Jordan, owner of LUX Illumination has been a pleasure to work with. He is so professional and always does a tremendous job. Being a general contractor myself I can't tell you how rare Jordan is. Honest, hard working and a good communicator. He's great at solving problems and I really appreciate his integrity. Whether the job has been small or big he has always given it ?. Jordan was easy to schedule with, he was also timely and very clear about pricing up front, all things that you want in a contractor! He clearly takes pride in his work, regardless of if it gets covered by drywall!

I couldn’t possibly recommend Jordan enough. As a designer in residential construction, I have worked with him on new homes, large remodels, small refresh projects, and even my own home renovation. Every project with Jordan is easy from start to finish. The quality of work is impeccable, his speed and reliability is unmatched in the industry, the finished work is beautiful, and on top of all that he is so kind and respectful. Simply put, he’s the best!

In 2018 I had my basement bathroom finished; unfortunately, all the electrical was done incorrectly. Thankfully, I was given LUX Illumination's contact information and was told that Jordan could help. I called him immediately and was not disappointed. Jordan fixed all the previous errors as well as installed a couple more outlets in the basement rooms. I've kept his contact information for future use. Fast forward a year later, I just had him install power to the outside shed. He exceeded my expectations. He blended the power cord perfectly with the house. So well infact, my husband didn't even notice it when he went outside. I wasn't quite sure what lights to use for the shed. Jordan brilliantly hung two 4' LED lights, which were perfectly positioned above my husband's work space. He also installed an adjustable motion sensor that works flowlessly and several outlets that are easily accessible inside the shed. I am beyond satisfied with Jordan's work. He goes above and beyond, and definitely knows what he is doing. I highly recommend Jordan with LUX Illumination for all your electrical needs. You truly won't regret it!

Jordan did such a great job throughout our house. We use Lux for hanging lights and all our electrical work. They’ve helped us several times- we will never call anyone else! Thanks Jordan!
