Jaden and Alejandro worked on our house after an annoying water issue. They were knowledgeable and friendly, answered all my questions and knew exactly what needed to be done. Outstanding group of men that you send out. I am amazed at the quality of work and warriors you send out. Sadly I had another company 7 years ago that were horrible. They did not enclose as your warriors do. So dust throughout the house. And they damaged walls and kept quiet about it. So after they left we found damage in other areas. Your warriors are, once again, OUTSTANDING and are extremely friendly and motivating. This is a company that I will recommend to others, and hopefully won’t need ourselves again, but if we do you are who we will call!!!

I am very happy with my experience with Bull Matrix Restoration! We found mold in our entire crawl space from a water heater leak, I called bull matrix and spoke with the nicest most helpful lady (Angela) she got someone to my house late on a Friday night! Jaden showed up and was super respectful and clean. He even laid paper down where he’d be walking through my house. He got all of our moldy insulation removed and installed dehumidifiers that same Friday night! Monday morning Jaden showed up with a crew to continue working on my crawl space, they called me each time they were on their way with an eta! I even left while they were there and they were done before I got back and they locked my house up for me! I did communicate with Larry through the process and he was more than willing to answer any questions I had even if they were stupid. I would recommend this company to anyone!

They arrived quickly. Less than an hour and a half after the flooding they were able to have fans and humidifiers there. They called me before they were coming and then everyday they would come over. They would call me to let me know around the time they'd be getting there and then again 15 to 30 minutes prior to let me know and ask if the time still worked and they were on their way. They answered any questions I had and they were always respectful and courteous. Anytime they were there they let me know exactly what they were doing. They were very helpful letting me know the steps of what they had to do and when they were done. Good experience after a crappy situation.

After a fairly disgusting drain backup that affect almost my entire home, BMR showed up. It was amazing how quickly they arrived, and how fast they had the situation under control. They cleaned late into the night to make sure it was as sanitary as possible. Then came more bad news.. the drywall came back with asbestos! Amazingly this only slowed down the process by a few days. The removal of the drywall was nothing short of impressive. On top of the quality, and speed of the work, the communication was on point. Everything was explained to me in detail until even I understood through every step of the process. I highly recommend this company for anyone in need of quality work and refreshing communication!
