Edit. My shades were installed. I got a nice call and a gift card for the inconvenience. We do love our hottub. I can't complain about the hottub, that has been the only good thing about our experience. But, I have been waiting more than a month for someone to come and install the shades. I was told there was a missing piece and they supposed to order it. I was patiently waiting for them. I had call and text and it's always the same answer ( living a message for the person to install it and they'll call me back). I'm losing my patience. I pay for it, I need it done. I'm not happy.

I reached out inquiring about buying our first hot tub and immediately connected with Christina. She was extremely quick to reply and very informative. We were going into this with a lot of questions and she answered them ALL! We ended up going in a different direction, but she was very kind and I was so impressed with their customer service. We had the best experience!!! Melinda is beyond helpful! We were in and out so fast. All our questions answered. They accommodated our move in date and are willing to store our hot tub for us for several months. I feel like I made new best friends! Highly impressed!

If and when I do leave a review for a business it is only after I have used them numerous times, and in this case I have been using "Emerald Pools and Spas" for the last 2 months to help with the upkeep of my new hot tub. I was trying to keep up on the maintenance myself and I couldn't get the chemicals balanced correctly and it was constantly cloudy, dirty and slimy. I finally went in to their showroom and spoke with Melinda in a panic. She immediately gave me a hug and told me that everything was going to be okay and that they had an amazing girl "Kori" who does a phenomenal job maintaining their clients pools and hot tubs. A week later Kori came out, drained my hot tub and got the chemicals perfectly balanced. My hot tub was finally so clean that I felt great while using it. I then decided to put a conditioner in the water and it caused bubbly cloudy water and made the filter slimy. Kori came out and immediately had the solutions as to how to fix the problems. By the next day my hot tub was beautiful once again and has continued to be. I have been so grateful, pleased and thankful for all that Melinda and Kori from "Emerald Pools and Spas" have done for me and the beautiful maintenance on my hot tub each and every week.

I have really enjoyed my purchase from Emerald Pools and Spa! The whole process was simple and fast. They were able to install it in three days from the day I put my deposit down! Christina was so patient with us as we were in the middle of closing on our new house. She kept our delivery date spot reserved just for us until our house officially closed. We love our new hot tub. If you want a good purchase experience, buy from these guys!
