Amazing work. I’m an owner / builder, with 6 custom homes completed. These guys are the best, hands down. On time, ahead of schedule and impeccable work. If you get Dave to tape and texture, that’s the cherry on top, he’s a perfectionist. Drywall is a finished product that you will look at forever, don’t skimp, get the job done right the first time with these guys.

I recently purchased a new home out in West Haven and was looking to have a professional drywall company come hang Sheetrock, mud and tape.
I took the time to get 4 different bids on the project. My basement is roughly 1500 sqft. I wanted to match the textured ceiling but prefer the look of smooth walls vs the textured that most builders do. I also wanted a solution for the amount of sound coming through the floor upstairs.
Boyd, Todd and their crew came out and gave me a very clear plan on what they would do and how they would do it. They explained everything very well and listened to exactly what I wanted.
Their estimate was about $1000 more than the cheapest guy and about $1000 less than the most expansive.
The 4th bid was from a company my neighbor used. They were roughly the same price as Bone but when I went and inspected the work at my neighbors house it wasn’t really up to my standard. Corners weren’t very clean, lots of extra mud down low that was noticeable in hallways and the rounded corners were coated too heavy and bare drywall paper was over sanded and showed through the paint.
I decided to go with Bone and I’m absolutely thrilled with the results!! Joints are perfect, all windows are perfectly even, they hung some product on the ceiling Boyd explained well to me but I don’t remember what it’s called, but it helps dampen sound travel, corners are as clean as they get and the ceiling is perfect. They even left the soffit verticals smooth and textured the rest. I seriously can’t tell you how relieved I am to find a contractor worth recommending! I’ll upload some photos for reference.

I have worked with Bone Drywall for over 10 years. They have done work in two of my houses and have always exceeded my expectations. The quality of work is off the charts. Their finish work is top notch. Every employee is respectful of me and my home at every level. The staff in the office are kind and accommodating. The guys that come to my home are kind, clean, and polite. They clean up after they are done and arrive on time. Communication is great throughout the entire process. Bone Drywall is the best! From my first online contact to the finished job here at my home, everything went great. I'm very pleased with the results. We were really impressed with the quote for drywall (it was far less than what others quoted). After we chose Bone Drywall to do our basement, they were quick and efficient.
They were so professional and answered all of our questions quickly. We are happy with the work and done in a matter of days.

Bone Drywall did a great job on my basement remodel! I really appreciated the thorough walk-through and assessment prior to bidding, and their bid was very competitive. When work began, Bone was fast, easy to work with, friendly but professional, and the basement turned out beautifully. I would highly recommend Bone for anyone needing drywall work.

Bone Drywall is the best, they have done work for us in the past and again this month (October 2022). I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. We always request James, I'm sure everyone that works for Bone Drywall is the best! Cost is always fare, they show up when they say will and the work is excellent! Patching and repair is amazing, you cannot see where the old is and the new begins, especially with texture. I would recommend them to anyone!

I was very pleased with Scott Bone Drywall. The workers were very professional and did an awesome job. The owner came and did the final inspection himself to make sure I was happy with the work. They did the finish work on drywall I had hung myself, and they were the only company I talked to that would even consider that. Good price and quality work in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for drywall services.
