Can't say enough good things about Synergy. It's a great company full of great people who really know their stuff, and work tirelessly to take care of their customers. Our experience with the whole team has been fantastic and our regular technician Sean is an absolute rock star.
Absolutely impossible to cancel. DO NOT sign up. We moved and had to call 3 times and it's still not cancelled. They jump through hoop after hoop to keep you subscribed.

One of your techs has a big problem with road rage. I watched him swerving in and out of traffic going 90 all along I-15 from Lehi to Salt Lake, aggressively tailgate, and even swerved into people’s lanes when they tried to pass. All the while talking with his phone in hand. I’m surprised he didn’t cause an accident.

Gets the job done! removes pesky wasps nests. Sean was very considerate about making sure gates were closed to make sure dogs our dog didn't get out.

Synergy Pest Control is a great company. They’re easy to work with. We’ve used them for quite a few years & have no complaints. ?

They say they are coming at a day/time and then do not come. I will randomly get a text saying that they services my home and I will check my security cameras and nothing. They can never get the billing for my account correct either. I try to call customer service and never get ahold of anyone and no one ever calls me back.

Was told someone was coming to my house on February 9th and they would contact me when they were on the way. Received no contact at all that day. Have tried to call and text to get some form of confirmation if they showed up at all to no response. They might have showed up as they were going to a different unit in my building, but I have no clue.
Edit: Was reached out to the day after this and had someone come out on Saturday. This person did actual contact me when they were coming out and was very nice. They sprayed everything and I'm waiting a small period before I say the ants are truly gone. Upping it to 3 stars as it still took quite awhile for someone to reach out to me.

Was offered a great deal and they came the very next day to spray outside for wasps, yellow jackets, spiders and grasshoppers.
Charles sprayed inside for spiders also.
Each day we would see more positive results.
