If we could give zero stars we would. So about a month ago we submitted a request for a bid on a gate. We got the bid and several weeks late my husband went down to talk to them and look at their gates. At the time we needed just the gate and no hardware, as my husband was going to make it slide. Given our location and use,. he found some hardware to make it slide with out using chain-link sliding hardware. While talking to one of the staff an older gentlemen stated that to make it slide we had to use chain-link hardware. My Husband respond, no there are other ways to make them slide and went back to talking to the other guy. Today after numerous calls and messages left he went down to talk to them again. Upon entering the building the older guy was in the front part of the store. My husband explained that he had left several messages and was trying to give them final measurements. Suddenly he said, oh your the guy that tried to tell us how to build gates. I said no, i simply stated there are other ways to make them slide. Long story short he was told to go somewhere else. So if you plan to have a gate made, don't disagree with their opinion or have one of your own. It's this kind of closed mind thinking as to why people get told they have to settle for less then what they are after.

Wonderful group of fellas, and by far the best gates for vinyl fencing in the state. I will get gates for the fencing I do from no where else, except B&S Gates. No other company compares to the quality of the gates that come from B&S.
