We are so impressed with inspirations and with Shannon. She helped us with all the appliances in our kitchen with so much professionalism She explained the advantages of each and allowed us to ask many questions. We were treated with respect and kindness
Upon payment all of our rebates were filed by them for us which made it so easy So good
Also when our dryer quit and we called her in a panic it was replaced the next day awesome service.
It's very rare that I write a review. I am taking the time to write one now because Shannon has gone above and beyond for us. We have purchased a multitude of Thermador products from her. When we had issues with Thermador's warranty service, Shannon stepped up and made sure our stove was replaced. She spent hours of her time making sure we were taken care of when she didn't have to. She easily could have turned us over to Thermador, but she didn't. She took personal responsibility.
Shannon knows her stuff. She doesn't sugar coat anything, which I appreciate. I know she can come off gruff to some, but I have come to appreciate her very much. She is honest and upfront and she takes care of her clients. She has earned my respect.

Shannon was probably one of the worst costumer service experiences I have had. She would not answer her phone or return my phone messages. The first time I got her to answer she told me she was too busy to give me an answer and she would call me back and ended the call. The second time as I tried to hurry and get answers of when the appliance would be in as she quickly said it will get here when it gets here. She was very rude and condescending.I Canceled the order with her and found it for a better price at Home Depot, it was delivered the next day, after two weeks of me trying to get any information from Shannon. Next time I need to order an Appliance for one of my 1700 properties you better believe it won’t be through Shannon.

Shannon and her company have been amazing during our remodel. She gave us great pricing on our appliances, but that's just the start of it. She was patient and worked with us when things got delayed on our project. When problems came up (which they did a LOT on our remodel) she always had our back and helped us figure out solutions. She is responsive and incredibly knowledgeable.
Some have said they felt belittled by Shannon. Here is the thing - Shannon knows her business very well. She is a straight shooter who is direct and tells it like it is. Personally, I loved it and found it refreshing. No BS. No song and dance. Just straight talk, great pricing, and excellent customer service.
I highly recommend Shannon and Inspirations.

I met Shannon at the Parade of Homes a couple years ago. We were building a new home, so I needed everything in the kitchen and 3 sets of washers and dryers. I sent Shannon my list of appliances to bid. I got several bids back, Shannon beat them all by a large margin. She was very organized. She made sure that everything was ordered by a specific date, so the second we were ready for them to be installed, there was zero wait time. Deadlines are very important in order to keep your project on track. She was very honest. I was set on a specific brand of refrigerator, which she let me know wasn’t a brand that would last very long.
After the appliances were installed, she planned a training event. She had a professional chef make us dinner, so we could see how to use our new appliances. I’m talking a 4 course meal.
But the true test, is when something goes wrong. I had an appliance that was in need of a very costly repair. It was barely 2 years old. It wasn’t Shannon’s responsibility since it was out of warranty. I called for a service call and I was trying to work things out with the company. Unfortunately I had a bad experience with a extremely negative employee. Even though it wasn’t up to Shannon to fix my problem, she had my back. She contacted the company and got me a replacement. Far more than I ever expected.
If you need appliances for a new build, I guarantee Shannon can get you the best pricing and the customer service is the best.

The owner is very charming and confident in her knowledge of appliances. She is very competitive in her pricing. Her products are excellent. But if something goes wrong, watch for her to give you someone else to be responsible because it won't be her.
Fast-forward 5 years. Needed a copy of my invoice to deal with the manufacturer over a safety issue. Do you think she would try to find it for me? NOPE! Don't bother her....

My wife and I were on the unfortunate receiving end of a house fire. The second time around doing our kitchen we elected to use Inspiration Kitchens instead of piece it together ourselves from Sears and other Vendors like we did the first time. Our home is quite custom and Inspiration Kitchens did a fantastic job introducing us to a lot of options in a one stop shop. They also put on a cooking demonstration that allowed us to see first hand how effective some of the newer technology could be including a steam oven. I'm very glad that we chose to use their service. They stayed on top of all of our items and did what they said they would and when they said they would. When we had some hiccups Shannon worked to get them speedily resolved. In the end we are very grateful for their service to our family and I would recommend them again.

Our experience was horrible! I will completely echo the other reviews on here that say Shannon was "arrogant" and "belittling." Shannon told me in July that she had submitted a rebate for us. In August, I called Shannon again to inquire about the rebate. She told me that "Bosch was so behind with all the rebates they received, it would be another couple months before I saw it." I called Bosch at the end of August and they let me know that no rebate had been submitted. When I confronted her about it, I felt she became very rude, aggressive, and she called me a "jerk." Worst experience I’ve had with any business. Buyer beware.
Update- Shannon had her attorney contact me to demand I remove my initial review, or they would take legal action. Seriously?

I used this company for all of our appliances in our parade of home in Alpine Utah. They were probably the best company we used in the parade of homes, we absolutely loved working with them. They had awesome pricing, and customer service. We used thermador appliances in the kitchen and they brought in a chef to cook for us and teach us how to use them. Highly recommend them and have already referred them to some friends. Five stars from my wife and I.
