I wanted a quote from them. Emily reached out and asked me to measure and take photos. Are you lazy? I asked 3 other company's for a quote and they came out next day or two day's later. I am no expert and that is why I asked for a quote. Seems they are not interested in my business and just want to stay in the office where its cool and comfy! Well you lost a sale here due to your lack of interest or or just plain laziness! I sure hope some higher ups see this review and change somethings there. Not a good way to get a sale. I been in sales a long time and this was totally the worst I have seen from a company.

I'm very upset and disappointed with Brian's work. He replaced the right leg and fabric of our retractable awning, but the new leg was shorter than the original, causing the awning to be lower and even resulting in tall people bumping into it. We discovered this issue a year later because we didn't use after replaced it. When I called him, he refused to fix it without charging, claiming it was past the 1-year warranty period. From the start, he installed the wrong size leg and now won't take responsibility for his mistake. His lack of professionalism and work ethic is unacceptable, and I will not be using his services again.

We greatly appreciate your staff; they made our new awning purchase incredibly simple, easy, and stress-free. From the friendly ladies I spoke to on the phone, to the person who came out to measure, and the crew who efficiently took down the old awnings and put up the new ones, everything was smooth and effortless. I must say, everyone we encountered was exceptionally friendly and eager to assist with any questions or concerns we had. Thanks again, Vance.

I have used SugarHouse Awning a few times. When I bought my boat, I couldn't find a storage unit for winter at a decent price. I had them make a winter cover for my boat. It was excellent quality so I have stored my boat in my driveway. They also customized a sun cover for my boat.
