I did a lot of research on companies, reviews, roofing product lines, all of their accessories, warranties etc.
I really wanted wind resistance where our house is located and prior damage. Even though highest wind gust recorded in area was 90ish mph, I still wanted good resistance. Lock down on GAF product line and appropriate accessories to get the 100+ mph wind rating.
Jake was patient with all of the back and forth questions to ensure our package covered aesthetics, wind, snow, and air flow.
Another reason we chose Bighorn was their Master Elite installer status along with GAF accessories gave us the best transferable warranty.
Two other master elite companies had questionable sales practices and quotes. BigHorn was straight, fair, and easy to do business with. I would recommend BigHorn.
Mike came and explained everything into details about all options for the new roof. Compared to the other companies they gave me a good deal. The workers came in 2 weeks and finished in one and half day. Cleaned everything after finishing. I am very satisfied with all work they did from the beginning to the end.
After 4 weeks another person stopped by to check the roof one more time and answered some questions.

We love BigHorn Roofing. We've had them work two jobs in two years. Both were handled in a professional manner. They came when promised -both to evaluate and estimate. The construction workers were polite and hard working and completed the task quickly. I recommend them highly!

Amazing company to work with from strat to finish, that includes the very first person the salesmen, Mike and the last person, Nate who did the final inspection. Honest, thorough, precise, friendly, and all at a great competitive price. So far, as I have walked around the yard I have only found 1 nail. Once job is complete within a few days they schedule a final walk through and make sure everything was completed and done correctly. They submitted all the paperwork for the warranty and I have already received it in the mail. The process was quick and easy. If we have to do another roof we will be sure to have Bighorn Roofing doing the job. Thank you for the new roof!!

It’s rare to have a 5 star experience with a contractor, but Big Horn was absolutely amazing from start to finish. No one wants to spend money for a new roof, but at least the experience was made so much better by a company that is professional, competent, and does beautiful work. I would definitely recommend Big Horn to anyone. Great service!

They did an excellent work and has the best technology for Roofing systems.
They were fast and easy to work with. They take time to help you with trivial decisions like roof color or warranty.
I really liked the customer service and definitely recommended them!
Great value for the price too!

Very impressed with BigHorn. Local company, no pressure sales, really good customer experience overall. Really liked how they took time to educate me about my roof, what makes sense and what does not make sense to do, and then executing the plan really well and quickly. Also impressed with how few nails were left on the property - they left things really really clean. Final inspection was nice too - double checking install team did things right. Had them install new vents while doing the roof - would highly recommend BigHorn! Of the quotes I received, BigHorn had the best product and the best price.

BigHorn recently replaced the roof, soffit, fascia, gutters and downspouts on my 104 year old home. The entire experience was outstanding, beginning with the thorough inspection. The salesman got up on the roof and took several photos which he showed to me on his laptop. He explained the entire process and answered all my questions. The bid was $1000 less than the other bids I received for the roof and they also handle the metal work so I didn't have to find someone else to do that and I was confident that the two projects would be coordinated.
The roofing crew was amazing - they performed the tear off and installation in one day. My neighbor also had a roof replacement at about the same time and her roofer tore off the shingles, installed the paper lining and left. She had to wait more than a week for the new shingles to be installed. There was a major rainstorm in the interim and she was pretty stressed out, though there were no leaks.
I did have to wait for the metal work to be done, but they, too, did beautiful work.
The owners of this local, family owned company really care about meeting or exceeding expectations. They also support our community radio station, KRCL (my favorite), with ongoing sponsorship and challenge grants during fundraising drives.
I heartily endorse BigHorn and plan to employ them for future projects!

BigHorn Roofing was an awesome experience. My old roof was 26 years old and was in need of replacement. I chose to have the old shingles removed and replaced with new felt, 25yr rated shingle and ridge vent. The BigHorn crew that came to the house knocked it out all in one day. Yes tear off, felt, new drip edge, shingle and ridge vent installation done in a solid ten hours of knees and elbows. I definitely got my money's worth. When they crew left you could hardly tell they had been there and my yard was left clean and virtually nailless.. Good Job Guy's, I highly recommend BigHorn roofing...
