Honestly, really bad to work with. They didn't follow any sort of timeline that they promised, communicated terribly after being hired, and kept showing up with one guy who would then leave after only a couple hours of work and then nobody would show up for a few days. This was a large job - a total steel reframing of a 3200 square foot condo with lots of details. They were responsive up front and gave a fair price, but unfortunately didn't follow through at all. Too bad.

Overall not bad, but would not recommend. Communication / planning could be improved drastically. Like a lot of businesses, nice up front but once they get you signed things change. I had to make calls/texts/emails to check in to find out what was going on, when things were happening, etc. Project was delayed 2 days off the start with no notice, I called them. I had multiple quotes all stating roughly 2-3 days of work (mud and paint a 2 car garage). I was expecting a team, but Ismerio sent one kid and it took 9 days in total. This includes a second trip out to fix some peeling tape and poor finish areas that I noticed and sent pictures of. If the project I hired them for was within my home, I wouldn't have been happy at all. Fortunately it was just a garage, so I could leave it open for them to come and go as they needed. Also clean up was on me, there was mud and dust everywhere.

After acquiring multiple estimates I chose Ismerio because they were so nice to work with. I had a relatively small project that I needed done on a tight timeline and they were amazing to work with. Their workers were kind, respectful and clean. They were prompt on responses and I am thrilled with the final product!

We hired Ismerio Drywall after obtaining three estimates from locally-owned companies. We chose Ismerio because their offer was competitive and their estimator was responsive, timely and knowledgeable. They framed a new two-car garage including a custom truss package and staircase for a rooftop deck. We faced some serious challenges with the city when it came to inspection. Ismerio was proactive in finding a solution and working with the city to get us to pass. Roberto's professionalism and persistence saved the day. He and Humberto both reassured me when I had doubts and they were right in the end. Carol did an amazing job handling logistics and knowing when to escalate issues. Fantastic job by the Ismerio team. Thanks to everyone for your expertise and dedication!

I am very pleased with the framing work completed by Ismerio Drywall, who is reasonably priced and performed excellent work. I was particularly impressed with the framing supervisor Roberto. He has excellent customer service and communication skills. I was also very pleased with the drywall work performed by Ismerio Drywall. Again they were reasonably priced, prompt and performed excellent work. Jose Virgin was great to work with, listened to what I wanted and made sure that the work was performed on a timely basis.

I got bids from a couple of installers and went with Ismerio because they seemed more professional and organized, even though their bid was a little higher. I am very happy I went with them. They scheduled every step, workers showed up on time and worked very efficiently, and, most of all, they did a very nice job. Each worker was conscientious, and the tapers especially made sure everything was perfect before they called the job finished.

Bad at getting your questions answered and communication. Some employees really have it together, others do not. But price was good. Maybe they are good at initial drywalling for anew home or new add on but for drywall repair they did a lot of things wrong. The framing was ok I believe but since some of the walls are even more crazy then they were before maybe not. My closets doors don't fit anymore cause they puddied out two inches from the original wall. Their mess was everywhere when they were done. I've been scraping puddy for 4 weeks after. They wouldn't even shut the doors of the rooms they weren't working in to help dust not travel. Had some interesting walls in my basement they were helping with but instead of consulting me on how to handle it they just left big gaps and wholes that I later found. They did have an artisans hand when it came to no lines from transition from old to new drywall. If they want me to change my ratingnthey can buy me new closet (which is probably easier than fixing the bad job they did)

We recently had Ismerio Drywall install drywall in our basement and do the texturing on it. Their quote was well below the other quote we got, they were very responsive with coordinating everything, and the drywall looks great! They even had a supervisor come by after the work was done and paid for to inspect it, and he saw a couple places that needed more work on the texturing (things my husband and I would never notice). Some workers came by the next day to fix it! We were really impressed with how quickly the work got done, and it all looks really good!

After two weeks of being blown off and no shows, I’m forced to write a negative review. The dry wall this company did was fine, but they never finished. We paid them for the job and they said they’d be back the next day to clean up their mess and finish a few more things but never came. A few times we’d get a text that they would come that day so we waited at home and they would never show up. We are remodeling our basement and couldn’t wait for them any longer as we are on a schedule so we had to HIRE another company to finish what they started. They left old food laying around and tools and materials all over. It was a complete mess. We even paid them an extra $200 on top of our contract for a small area to get done. Very unprofessional.
