From first to last all parties I have delt with at Avail Solar have been AMAZING! Kind courtesy, responsive, knowledgeable, and FAST! The only slow part was with the county which they had no control over, the actual meter swap by Rocky Mountain Power was completed in (2) working days ?, the techs that installed the actual solar panels were done in half a day ?, (Wow ? in the construction world!)
Emily scheduled most of the construction was GREAT to work with very down to earth and actually quite funny what a great gal! Greg my salesman was incredibly knowledgeable easy to work with and gave us NO PRESSURE, it is my pleasure to call him a friend now.
Wily the owner was very punctual, knowledgeable, witty, and a very good business and family man of whom I can speak highly.
All in all, my experience with Avail Solar was TOP NOTCH! We received (2) other bids before choosing Avail and we have been nothing but happy with ALL PHASES of this process! Look no further this IS your BEST CHOICE for solar!!!
At first I was very skeptical about the whole thing. Several months after install, I am extremely happy with the finish result. Great service from start to finish, super fast, clean and friendly. The panels look great and and have pretty much eliminated my power bill. The cost for solar each month is much cheaper then what my electric bill was. When we move, calling Avail back to get solar installed will be one of the first things we do!

Even though I work for the company, I absolutely love the Leadership, Systems, and coworkers!
I trust this company so much that I got my family to get solar from them and they couldn't be happier!
Anyone looking to get solar or is at least interested in info about it THIS IS THE COMPANY TO GO TO :D

Installation was weird. I was given no updates on changes on the installation plan. The initial installation failed inspection. And now I still don’t know if my system is generating power. I’ve been given zero training on the system so I don’t know if it’s on or if/how I should turn it on.

A well deserved one star review is what you get for ringing my doorbell with a no soliciting sign on, 3+ times with different door to door salesman, with the same opening line: “we are not selling anything, we are just informing you about this program … ”. Perhaps you can get out of harassment legal issue from this claim, but you are on track of hitting the goal destroying your brand reputation at top speed. ??

I've wanted solar for a number of years, but the cost never fit within my budget.
Greg was so nice and patient. He broke it all down, explaining the benefits plus comparing costs to my electric bill. He took his time, did not pressure, and made sure I understood everything. Getting approved was a simple process, and the incentive was good!
I was amazed that it was done in only a day- but I don't have a BIG house. All in all, it only took a few weeks getting approved, on-site inspection and installation. I cannot wait for the electric company to start paying me!
If you've ever thought about, or have been on the fence about getting Solar- these guys are the ones to contact - you won't be sorry!!
