Hello, I'm an Uber Eats driver who delivered for one of your night shift employees. Not only did she not come down for 8 minutes after repeated attempts at contact, she removed my promised tip after I dropped off the order. I have no business experience with this company, I just didn't know where else to vent about this.

Tried to quit my job here due to ILLEGAL ACTIVITY and they harassed me until I accepted the job back. Immediately after verbally agreeing to come back, their HR manager said i'm being put on probation. This is the definition of retaliation, please stay FAR AWAY. many other jobs are out there, don't be fooled by this one.

Avantguard is the best company I”ve ever worked for . Great hours and great pay for the work you do. Left work everyday feeling great and most the time it didn’t even felt like I worked. I was able to move up so fast in a span of 1 year. Work environment was so positive and friendly. My managers were also very helpful and gave me the tools needed to succeed in my job. If you actually do what your needed to do , you hard work will be recognized.

The most disgusting, and TOXIC place I have ever worked at, and they cover it up using positive toxicity and other manipulative techniques. They tell you they care about you, and are there for you as an employee, but they only ever pay attention to the mistakes you make, and they never praise or show appreciation for what you do right. Nothing but negativity from the managers. There are far better remote jobs literally down the street. Don’t let these guys fool you! Stay far away!
