Steve and his team did a great job for us at a very fair price. They replaced our furnace and A/C which was located in our attic. It was a tight space with a low ceiling that was difficult to work in. The equipment they installed is first rate. Steve did a great job of communicating with us and keeping us up to date on the team's progress. They showed up on time and kept their work areas clean. Our neighbor referred us, and we are glad she did. I highly recommend Steve Short and American HVAC.

My Mom's furnace went out this week. I called and Aaron was able to do a service call the same day. He was sp professional and extremely nice. He communicated with my Mom and texted me with all the information as well. Her furnace needed a new motor that needed to be ordered. He left space heaters for her and her renter until he could come back for the install. I felt like he took care of my Mom like she was family. I appreciated the response time, a 2day install time, over communication, fair price and a genuine concern to do a great job. This company goes above and beyond!!!

Steve and his team just finished replacing our furnace and AC. I am so incredibly happy with the results! Cannot say enough good things. Process was really easy and Steve was fantastic to work with. He sent me all the details in just the way I like it - nice charts to lay out options and from there I could pick and choose what fits my needs and my budget. Install was awesome - they did great work and made a pretty quick job of it too. Even went above and beyond and helped relocate things just a tad to save having utility wires running along my garage wall. Fitment and everything looks top notch. Steve and his crew couldn't be nicer - very happy to have them working on my home. And our AC now works better than anything I've ever had. Absolutely recommend American HVAC.

I was impressed with all the tiny details like screwing down piping that wasn't screwed down originally or the nice filter box allowing for both one inch or four inch filters. Super fast service. We had Steve do a complete tear out and re-install of all the duct work in our old house in 2015. The new system saves us money and runs like a champ. Very honest and accurate on bids over the phone. Several hundreds less than competitive bids and nice to work with. We are now finishing the basement again. Steve came out super quick to get the returns for the basement in place. Definitely will call again for all future HVAC needs.
