We use All Guard for all the properties we manage. They are always willing to go the extra mile. They had already been out to one of the properties and we needed something else there so they went back out and didn't charge us. They are one of our favorite vendors.
This is the company to go with. I can't recommend them enough. Let me tell you why.
I bought my house four years ago. After we moved in, we discovered termite damage that had gotten past the inspector. I looked through reviews and found All Guard. So, I called them to come and give me a quote on how much it would cost. Seth Baird (the owner) showed up. As soon as I opened the door he said, "Wait, I think I treated this house for termites a few years ago, when I was working for another company."
"Oh really?" I said, in surprise.
"If you don't mind, I'll show you where," Seth said. He then walked straight to where we had discovered the termite damage in a guest room.
"Call this company," he said, "and give them your address. They guarantee the work for 15 years."
So I did, and they did. The guarantee showed that it had cost nearly $1000 to treat my house. By telling me about this, Seth saved me all of that money, but he also lost a big contract. Seth didn't have to say anything. He could have looked at the damage, and then treated the property again and made himself all of that money. And I would have happily paid it, since termites are no laughing matter. But instead, Seth watched out for me.
For that reason, I trust Seth and his team. And since they have been treating my home for normal bugs and pests for the past four years, I can honestly say that you won't find better service. Seth and his team use chemicals that are safe for kids and pets, but they take care of the bugs.

I cannot recommend All Guard Pest Control enough! We just bought a house and after being here for a month we realized we needed to have it sprayed after having a lot of earwigs in the house. They were so quick to get us scheduled and the service was quick and so effective. Their communication was great, too. I would definitely use them again. :)

Best around wouldn’t go with any other company. Been using them for awhile now always happy with the results. They are always on time and the Communication is awesome we feel very comfortable when they come into our home very respectful. Thanks all guard for the work you do you guys are killing it. “Literally”

Absolutely amazing. We had a huge ant problem that developed this winter. The first treatment didn't make any difference nor did the 2nd or 3rd. We were beginning to wonder if the ants would ever be exterminated. The 4th treatment worked! We found dead ants 5 rooms away from were they were first spotted. All guard came without hesitation
everytime we called!

First used them almost 10 years ago, Seth was fabulous and brought me such peace of mind. Just had another treatment this week and Zach was a life saver. He was so good to make sure I felt taken care of, and didn’t make me feel dumb about any of the questions I had.
