Our Tech Mark did an amazing job! He was very through spraying our home for earwigs and spiders. He addressed each of my concerns! He was respectful to us and our home!

Cory went way above and beyond in our reservice. We had wasps that needed addressing. He put on his bee suit and was on it. Afterwards, he also took the time to sweep the yard and the eves of our home on his own volition. He communicated well and was good natured about the heat he was working in. Cory was amazing.

Mark# 155057 came out and was great! He was kind and very knowledgeable about what was needed. He shared great advice and tips to help make the treatments as effective as possible, and for as long as possible. He took the time to explain the gopher vs. vole war happening in our yard! By far the best service I have ever had with Greenix.

Kenny is a G! Went out of his way to provide awesome service and was able to stop with a busy schedule. He even brought my trash cans in when he noticed they were still out on the curb. Great service and awesome technician!

Mark G. Did the most amazing job at my house today. He took his time sweeping all the eves, cleaning out my rodent boxes and replacing all my spider and insect traps. He sprayed the outside of my house for bugs and took time to make sure things looked good. He did the best job at my house out of everyone who has ever serviced my house! He is amazing!!!! Thank you Mark!!

UPDATE: The company reimbursed me for the last two months of service. I wasn't expecting that. My beef was with them not honoring the waived charge for the last month that the CS manager/supervisor had promised me and charging my card without my permission. I guess that's why they reimbursed for two months instead of one. They made themselves whole again by doing the right thing. Terrible. The technicians that came out were very professional and nice. It was the communication from the top that was bad. I only signed up because the salesperson said they could take care of rodents. They did on the first treatment but not after that. By the time I got that all sorted it was at the tail end of winter. I didn't want rodents in my garage. Then they didn't come out for their quarterly service. I had to call and remind them. When they did, they didn't do the rodent treatment so someone else had to come out AGAIN. When I complained to a manager he said since I had so many problems, he was going to waive the last month fee of my contract. I waited but that didn't happen. I kept getting email notices, but that charge wasn't taken off, so I didn't pay. I finally called them four months later but CS had no record of that conversation. I then told them in early January to send the bill to me by mail. I wanted to see the detail info on it. They mailed it about three weeks later. Not even a month later they took the charge out of my credit card. What? What part of send it to me by mail don't you understand? Who gave permission to use my card? When I called CS they said I gave permission because I had a card on file. Then why did you bother to send me notices by email and text for three months when you had the ability to use the card the whole time? The CS couldn't answer that question. I think that's a crime to use someone's card without their permission and it was idiot of them to bill me by card when I had already requested a bill by mail. ARGH! Never do business with them.

Asa@Greenix has been incredibly awesome! I appreciate his willingness to communicate by text, how he explains step by step of what he’s doing. He’s got the brains! Very communicative, knows what he’s doing - and the price is REASONABLE!! So far things are looking awesome! Glad we are clients of Greenix!
