They showed up to spray when we were not feeling well, asked them yo come back. He said it HAD to be before the last day of the month (2 days away). My husband specifically asked him not to spray outside as it had been done a couple of weeks prior by this company. Next thing we knew he was spraying the outside. Then we were charged for in and outside. He also told me he does the houses in my PUD, this is NOT the case. I am new to the area so I didn't know. Don't like getting lied to!!!

Nathan was friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond and got a small limb that was stuck in a high gutter out for me! I appreciate all his hard work in this hot weather!

Karl was on time and communicated where he would spray. He was way more thorough than the previous company that I used, which was one of my biggest concerns. So far I’m impressed with this company.

Nathan was awesome! We’ve had a few technicians come to our home and they were all nice but I haven’t had anyone spend as much time as Nathan did going over everything. He also picked up all of the dog toys that I had missed while he was spraying which is enough for a five star review.

Do not hire this company on account of their horrible customer service!!! I hired them for a crawl space clean out and rodent control service. I met with Garry the week prior who identified the issue at hand. The day of the project, they sent two gentleman out for the crawl space work who did not speak English and Saela did not clearly communicate what exactly needed to be done. The two men showed up 30 minutes late and performed the work on the wrong portion of the crawl space. Through Google translate it was identified that they were unaware of what needed to be done and stated they could not complete the work I had hired them for. I called Garry as he was supposed to be managing the project who claimed he was unavailable to come to my house because he was getting a root canal but would call and sort out what need to be done. Ultimately it was communicated what actually needed to be done and the job was completed. However it took twice as long as it should have and when they left they weren’t able to communicate if they had actually finished the work. As a result, Saela sent out their service manager the following day to assure the work was done correctly and to finish clean up. He showed up and confirmed the job was done, however he dropped his shop vac in my entryway/living room spilling mice and rat droppings throughout my house. He initially asked me if he could use my broom to clean the mess but then went to his truck and found a broom. I stepped outside while he finished the job. Upon coming back inside I found he had spilled yet another pile of mice/rat droppings in my kitchen and hallway to the crawlspace that was not cleaned up before he left. I then spent two hours cleaning rodent droppings up that were brought INTO my home by the service manager. I called to voice my concerns but had to go through a 1-800 number and was assured someone would call me back within an hour or two. Four days passed without a call back so I called again and was assured a call back. Once I was called back by a branch manger, he said there was no way to refund my services and stated all he could do was offer an apology or discount future services. I understand human error happens, but there was a total lack of accountability not to mention cleanliness in dealing with this company!

Although I wasn't available to meet with our Tech, Frank, I really appreciated the detailed notes he gave about the service and he seemed to be very thorough, attentive and considerate about helping take care of our pest control needs. Also the secretary I spoke with did a great job of clarifying a few additional questions. I have worked with several different physical companies both personally and commercially and never had access to the a portal and love to be able to see the detailed notes and billing information there and really grateful for that. A tech/rep came by our house once from Saela and although we did not need the services at the time, I was really impressed with him as well. Skyler Hughes is the tech who helped with my initial questions and with the service set up and he was great to work with in answering all of my questions and taking care of what was needed. I would be interested for sure in switching our personal contract to Saela as well when the time comes.

Always good and call before the appointment so I know they are coming. And if I’m not home I know they still do a good job and I get a text with everything that was done and any concerns they see. So that’s super convenient for me to be able to not have to be home waiting around and if I’m working I can text anything I need too. When they do come in the house to spray (not every time) they use shoes covers and are very respectful of my home.

I have used this company for several years, and the tech that always comes to treat is James. He always calls ot texts a head, always kind professional,greats you with a smile. Takes time to answer any and all questions. Does a great job. Also their products are child and animal safe. No odor, no issues. Great

Ty came to service our house today after we noticed increased ant activity yesterday. He was really knowledgable, professional, friendly, very detail oriented and thorough. He even took the time to make friends with my cat as he treated our house. Saela has been our pest control company for a long time and we have always had a good experience, but today was exceptional. Thanks for being awesome!
