We lost our A/C on the first start up of the season. Admiral was quick to get us an appointment. The Technician that was sent out, Korey Forbush, was very professional from start to finish. He had a quick diagnosis and the parts IN HIS VAN to get me up and running the same day. Overall 5 star service all around which seems to be hard to come by these days. I never felt any up-sale pressure just good honest facts presented to me that allowed us to make the best decision for our unit. Honestly 5 stars doesn't seem enough...completely satisfied!
The tech was phenomenal and really educated me on some stuff I could do to take care of the unit. Even though it was my fault completely it wasn't working (I turned the breaker off and forgot to turn it back on) he never made me feel bad, checked everything to ease my worries, and was pleasant AF. He even told me if they had to come back out, he wouldn't charge me any extra. Thank you Korey, I truly appreciate your courtesy when I was stressed to the max. Today will be a better day for me because of you, 100% recommend.

Admiral plumbing has been fantastic to work with from start to finish! Bill and Jon were absolute experts and they shared their valuable insights in a patient, kind and customer friendly manner! Really good experience with Admiral! From scheduling, addressing the problem, and fixing the AC, they were very quick to get everything resolved.
The technician, Holland, was great about explaining what the issue was and the possible solutions. I felt very informed throughout the process. He was very professional and easy to work with!
100% recommend Admiral, and you’ll be lucky if Holland is the technician!!

We scheduled a tune-up with All-Star and they were able to identify a simple problem with the capacitor that will extend the life of our AC! They were quick, communicative, and affordable. The tech, Nathan, did an awesome job explaining the process and fixing it up quickly. We appreciate All-Star and highly recommend their service!

Admiral Plumbing Heating and Cooling went above and beyond for my parents. My parent's air conditioning went out during our heat wave and they are both in their 60’s, their house was getting to be over 90 degrees so they needed help. We reached out and they did everything they could to get air conditioning for my parent’s house. My dad has had some health issues and the heat was not good for him. Chris and Josh had a hard day getting it taken care of but they did not quit until my parents had air. I think it is pretty awesome when a crew goes above and beyond to make sure things are done right and everything is good before they leave. I would like to thank Chris and Josh for taking care of them and appreciate how nice they were about everything even when things got hard. This company has been awesome for my family and would recommend them to anyone that needs anything. Jim and his team did awesome and kept me up to date as things were being done.

Incredible service. Had an issue with our home not cooling, they made a same day appointment. Holland came out - my man deserves major praise. He worked quietly and quickly, was clear on our options, and had us up and running faster than we could have expected. He was thorough in explaining things and gave us great, genuinely honest advice on the system. I would rate him twice as high if I could. Would definitely repeat business and would highly recommend.

My husband and I had a meeting this evening with Shawn Middleton. Once again he was very respectful when coming into our home, removing his shoes, which as a woman I’m very appreciative of the thoughtfulness. He wanted to meet with us in regard to upgrading our present furnace and cooling unit. He was very cordial and right off we both felt at ease with him. After taking a look at both the furnace downstairs, and the outside cooling unit he then came in and we all sat down while he wrote out our options. Once again Shawn was very knowledgeable and professional in writing everything out for us so we could actually see all options, pricing, pros and cons with each option. Again there was no pressure and he genuinely wanted to make sure we were comfortable with our decision, and the needs that would be the best fit for us. He clearly was out to do what made us happy, not for the company’s benefit, we respected that. After our decision we were even more pleased that they were able to start sooner than we had expected. I would highly recommend this company, as we have been with them for quite some time and have never had a bad experience.

John was amazing to work with. He came out to look at a backed up drain and quickly assessed other issues we were facing. John’s communication was great. He kept us in the loop as to what he was seeing and took the time to show us where and what the problems were. I appreciated his being candid and forthright with all the information, as well as answering all my questions. Thanks again John! (pics before and after)
