YES! has been our go-to for the past few years - we've had them install and service four different Furnace/AC systems. Dave Marsh, in particular, has been a rock star when it comes to the quality of service, and just his attentiveness and personal follow-up. I'm sure other technicians are great, but we only book Dave for the work because he is that good. I've been very impressed with the company and have started to use them for a couple of other types of work besides just Furnace/AC. We discovered YES! after being almost scammed by a local HVAC company - we called YES! for a second opinion and they came out and told us what needed to be fixed, but also what didn't need to be fixed. They didn't encourage us to replace equipment until it really was time. It's been refreshing to work with a company that could easily take advantage of my lack of know-how in these areas, but doesn't.
Our AC went out over the fourth of July weekend, I called Yes and spoke with Deven, he was great to work with, got us scheduled same day and walked me through finding the model number and information he needed. I received lots of communication via text and email updating me on when a tech was coming including their name and a photo of them which was awesome to know who I was expecting. Sawyer came and was so kind and patient especially with my dog before he came in the house and throughout the entire time he was there. Ultimately it was not a fix they could help us with (we need a new electrical panel) but he checked everything and walked me through my options which were limited due to the age of our system and home. He also was very detailed and honest about what was going on and the safety issues of our current set up and he did not try to upsell me or talk me into anything. He also talked to me like a regular person, which is really refreshing because most of the time men in trades talk to me like I dont have a clue just because im a girl. I cannot recommend Deven and Sawyer enough they are both wonderful to work with!

WOW and YES! am I happy and impressed with YES!UTAH company! Their knowledge from the start with Roger was great and then the two installers Thomas and Siala were such amazing workers…on time, never stopped, didn’t cut any corners, measured, leveled and did top notch work! My late husband would have been so impressed:)
They even spray painted the added pipe lines to be rust-free and my new GENERAC is a beautiful sight to behold! I feel so blessed to have this added measure up at our cabin! Thank you…Georgia Hardy

Johnny assessed my situation and recommended a quality water heater and had the job done very efficiently. Since I just finished five years with a bad quality unit, I am hopeful to get better service out of this unit. The pricing seemed reasonable by today’s standards and I think the recommended unit was a good one thank you!

Sam was a very friendly and professional service technician. He went above and beyond what was needed. He explained everything in detail about what he was doing and gave me recommendations on how i could save power but doing a few things different. I will recommend their technicians to my friends and family members in the future.

We were in need of a new water softener. I got a bid on Saturday and had a new system installed before noon on Monday! Luke installed the system & was friendly, knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable having him in my home. We will need to replace our water heater soon & Yes! will definitely be our first call!

Carl was very professional and helpful when taking my call. He addressed my concern and tried to offer some simple solutions by helping me to a small amount of self trouble shooting, such as restarting the water heater and what not. Caleb was also very professional, helpful and informative. He made sure to put on shoe covers, and explain what he would be doing. After he fixed the problem he walked me through his findings and presented some options in case of the water heater going down hill once again. Thank you for restoring our hot water and for being so timely.

Just got a new water heater. My technician, Noah, did an outstanding job with the installation. When he removed the old water heater he had to deconstruct part of the gas line in order to make a big enough opening to pull out the unit. Even though that took longer than expected I was very impressed he didn’t cut any corners. He made sure the job was done correctly. I appreciate the extra time and effort he put in to reconstructing the gas line after the new water heater got put in. Upon completion of the install he explained the work he did in a way that was easy for me to understand. His quality of work surpassed my expectations and it was professionally done from start to finish. Thank you Noah!

Great experience with Yes Heating And Air. The salesman that first came out to speak with me Ken and Jeremy were excellent. Very thorough. Explained everything I needed for a new system in relation to the current system that was no longer working. once I decided on the system to go with it only took them two or three days to get out to me, George and Dalton installed for us They were clean efficient and respectful of our home and yard. They arrived by 8:30 AM and had completed install and cleanup by 2:30 PM I am completely satisfied with the work they did and with working with them in general.
