Dylan and Logan were fantastic. Had a cargo van with an awful smell in it that we could not get out. It smells fantastic now! And they were very timely and efficient!

I can not speak more highly of my experience with this company. Brandon Harris managed this project and he is awesome. Great communication skills and a pleasure to work with. Can't remember the names of everyone on his team but Matt and JJ were here most consistently and they were wonderful. Huge thanks to all who worked on my basement for about 3 weeks.

Brandon was the first contact I had with this company and he was most assuring and made me feel immediately that things would be taken care of swiftly and appropriately.For sure that is what you really want to hear because your in a panic when you realize you basement bedroom and surrounding area are under water. So as things progressed and various workers came to do what was needed to proceed forward I really felt so comfortable with each and everyone of the young workers (well younger than me....I'm 82) Hayden, Matt,Anthony,Dylan,Logan, JJ, Mali all came on different occasions and were so great to work with and even helped in extra ways that I was unable to accomplish myself. I so appreciated each one of them for being so careful and dedicated to their work.Plus so kind and friendly. I would highly recommend this company and have enjoyed working with them.We are still in the process of getting done with everything but it's been so helpful to work with such great guys. It's made this horrible incident so much easier to bare.

I experienced my first big house problem at my current house when the sump pump burned out and spewed sewage in my utility room and also out of the bathtub. The pump was covered under my homeowners warranty but I had to find a company to pump the reservoir our before the pump could be replaced. I originally reached out to a large restoration company who gave me the runaround and wanted to charge me $1500. I would have used them but they weren’t adding me to their schedule. Out of desperation one Friday afternoon I called 911 restoration. A representative stopped by that afternoon and they added me to their schedule for Tuesday Hayden showed up and went right to work cleaning out the yucky basin. The smell and contents were awful but he kept going and did an incredible job for me. I felt safe and comfortable with him and his partner. They did a great job, cleaned up the carpet and left me totally ready to have the pump installed the next day. For a total charge of $250. I feel like I totally dodged a bullet there and would always recommend Hayden and 911 Restoration
