We had a terrible earwig problem where I was killing 10+ a day inside my house. I had another company come spray inside and outside twice in a month and both times combined they did the job quicker than Sam did while he only had to spray outside. Sam took his time and spent over an hour outside locating the nest to our earwig issue. He even showed me when he sprayed into the crack where the nest was and they all came crawling out!! I haven’t seen any inside in days and I am SO relieved. He really is knowledgeable and does a great job and you can tell he cares. HIRE THE BUG BULLY 100%!!!!
Sam came out and took care of our hornet and spider issue, was super informative and very reasonably priced. I’ll definitely be using him for all of our future hornet and pest removal services. He was punctual and communicative on booking and day of arrival time.

We live near downtown Salt Lake and have cockroaches every summer, but we call Sam to help us get rid of German cockroaches. He makes sure to spray every crack on our house, which works wonderfully. He is friendly and charges a reasonable price with a guarantee. I recommend Bug Bully Pest Control. It is totally worth it!!

Sam did it again for us. Stopped the infestation of Clover Mites!!! We love Bug Bully. Sam is reliable, attentive, and a master of his trade. We appreciate that he takes our kids play areas into account and always gives us instructions about IF and for how long an area should be avoided after treatment. Bug Bully did an amazing job! Sam was very thorough and knowledgeable. He explained what he did by showing me the areas where there were issues. I would highly recommend them to anyone for pest control!

Sam is the absolute best! We have consistent issues with box elder bugs and had used another company to spray for them for a year. After they sprayed, it would only last a few weeks before the bugs would start to show up again. The company told me that was expected and I could pay for a monthly plan. I starting searching for another option, found Sam and he has been absolutely wonderful! Every time he comes out, we don't have bugs for months at a time. In addition to spraying for box elder bugs, he also takes care of any other pests he finds. It's so easy to schedule with him via text and he's almost always available to come out the same week. Thank you Sam!!

Sam is amazing! We were having so much trouble with clover mites, for 4 years, exhausted from trying to get rid of them. We had tried several different professional pest control companies with no success. We were ready to move! Then we happen to find Bug Bully, started reading the reviews from the many customers they’ve helped here in Northern Utah. So many sounded just like our frustrations we’ve been going through with the clover mites. We contacted Bug Bully and got on his schedule. He even came out sooner than expected because we were seeing so many in the house and I just couldn’t handle them any longer. We haven’t seen any in our house, none!!! I wish we would have found him years ago! I highly recommend Sam with Bug Bully, he knows what he’s doing!!!

New house purchase and has an issue with flies. Sam quickly took action and had something specific to get rid of the issue. I’ve used Bug Bully twice now for preventative treatment, and I’ve never had an issue with any of the problem pests of the area (box elder bugs, flies, wasps, spiders, etc.).
Sam was really attentive to my concerns and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend for anybody looking for someone with good quality work and customer service skills!
