Alejandro, Cory and Luis did an excellent job installing a water pressure regulator, water heater expansion tank, and a water heater temperature & pressure relief (TPR) valve in my home. They also repaired a leaky bath tub faucet and installed a new faucet in the kitchen. They were very professional and the results look great. I would recommend them to others and will call them again if I need repairs. Also, they were on time and showed up when they said they would. Their office staff was very helpful and communication was great.
They were incredible to work with! Straight forward and very fast.
Canyon was great! He called explained the situation then gave me the options, recommendations and was very helpful!
I’d recommend him and Black Diamond to anyone needing help with their AC unit.

We were having trouble with our heating and called Black Diamond. They came to our house the same day and diagnosed the problem right away and were able to fix it at a cost much less than we expected. The technicians (Tino, Brad, and Dillon) were absolutely fabulous and extremely professional. The customer service we received from everyone we dealt with at Black Diamond was top notch. And the technicians were very knowledgeable as well. What a bonus! We will use Black Diamond for all our HVAC needs. If I could give them 10*, I would! Thank you!

Riley and Cesar were great. They did a clean install, explained the AC unit and condenser and all equipment is working great.

I had an AC issue and called to schedule an appointment. Black Diamond Experts got here really quick. The tech, Canyon, was super helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job both explaining what he was doing/checking as well as what potential fixes or future issues might be. I am extremely satisfied with Canyon and Black Diamond Experts - having staff like him reflects very well on a company. I will absolutely use them again in the future!
I really can’t say enough good things about Canyon. Thank you for fixing my issue in a timely, professional manner. Cost wasn’t bad either :)

Had a great experience with Canyon. Our 17 year old heating/AC system hadn't been serviced for a few years and we were concerned that there might be major concerns, even though the systems seemed to be running OK. Canyon was very thorough with his evaluation and very meticulous with how he went about his evaluation. He explained the process very well and was very willing to help us understand how things worked and what the concerns might be. He made recommendations for the needed repairs and made adjustments as needed. Thank you Canyon for a great job! We will definitely have Black Diamond Experts back when we replace the system in a few years.

BD did a great job getting my main water line issue resolved a well as Provo would allow.
Mike was (is) fantastic. He works hard and communicates very well. He went the extra mile for me and was so nice.

Mike and Adrian from Black Diamond were as advertised Expert Installers! My wife and I have an 55 year old house with a main water line that was in need of an update it had us worried our nice green lawn would be destroyed. But the carefully, keep a steady pace to get our water back on in time for dinner. Very knowledgeable, friendly and delivered the expert repair in our time of desperate need. I recommend this water installation team of Mike and Adrian to all my neighbors that will need this service sooner than they want. Thank you to Mike and Adrian! Saved our house.

Jonny, Lee and Chase were great. It may sound like platitudes but these guys took on the daunting tasks we asked for and completed them to your satisfaction not only were they professional in every way. They where diligent in getting each task completed properly. The amazing part is they worked fast. I don't mean they rushed the work but that they where tenacious to complete the job right. I want to explain a little of what they had to deal with. We initially called to get a 30 amp trailer service installed. After some investigation we learned our main panel was maxed out. On top of that in order to do any of the future projects we have planned would require it the very least an upgrade. Looking at prices we decided to spend a little extra and replace the main panel and change the external box to a 100 amp service. We also needed to have a new meter box installed due to the old one being pulled away from the house. These 3 guys as well as a few others whose name I forgot handle it all very well. I not only got what I needed we got what we wanted a well. I strongly recommend Black Diamond experts for you electrical needs. I had met the founder Dan many years ago when he came out to wire for the dryer which we only had a gas service for. It's good to see the same great customer service continues to grow as a major principle of Black Diamond experts. All thumbs up!
