After receiving several quotes from other places we decided to get one from My Buddy the Plumber, they went through our system like none of the other guys had. They had excellent recommendations about moving our vent to prevent hair build up and expanding the size of both our intakes. Our house is breathing way better than it ever has now. They recommended a quieter furnace and we’re loving it. Korey and Kasey were informative and went above and beyond with the installation and fixing things that our roofers missed, and clearing dog hair out of the intakes. They were pleasant to be around and had no troubles working around the professional cleaners that were working at the same time. Would recommend this company to friends and family. Very satisfied, thanks!
Scheduled with my buddy to come out on Wednesday for an estimate on sprinkler box repair and they didn't show. I called and rescheduled for Thursday which was fine. Today the technician came out and looked in the box for a minute and wrote out an estimate for 2 grand. I was shocked and called a few other places and was told it was a 500.00 ... I was shocked and upset and I RECOMMEND NO ONE USE MY BUDDY (ENEMY FITS BETTER) EVER. Another colorado business that loves overcharging out of greed and dishonesty!

They don’t honor their $235 membership. They were happy to give me the lowest end furnace for $6500 and included this membership. When I tried to utilize the membership… crickets… I couldn’t recommend them unless you have a deadly emergency.

My Buddy The Plumber was trusted and reliable company... until they were not.
Several years ago I signed up for their membership service called "My Buddy The Plumber’s Club". after more than a year of the service I call to cancel the service. The person I spoke to said that was fine and they they had cancelled the subscription.
Well....
After several several months (almost a year!!) THEY STARTED BILLING ME for the membership WITHOUT any notice or communication. TOTALLY UNETHICAL, DISHONEST BEHAVIOR.

Casey and Tony were the techs that replaced my Furnace and AC. After getting quotes from multiple companies My Buddy had the most bang for your buck. Air purifier was the icing on the cake. Casey and Tony were professional, cordial, clean and fast! They broke down the information so I could understand it and even swept my utilities closet. highly highly recommend them and will be requesting them in the future. Thank you guys so much! Me and my family very much appreciate it!

Derek D. and Hayden came today and installed much need faucets, and repaired my toilet which was loose and running all the time. They were professional, explained what needed to be done and the cost was super reasonable!! I appreciated the professionalism, neatness, and they were on time. Thank you!! I will be using you again in the future!!

They came the day after the earthquake here in Magna. Daniel looked at my water heater and between the both of us came up with a game plan to get our house back into shape. Unfortunately the water heater we had installed when we first moved in was replaced incorrectly. I explained that when you guys came to fix our AC unit and replace our furnace that our water heater was out of code. Expansion tank on the hot side. No earthquake straps. Wrong piping. Missing parts. No sediment trap on the gas line. Etc.Daniel took the time to listen and showed compassion for what we had gone thru. He offered solutions and advice that was greatly appreciated in a stressful situation. He came the next morning and explained every little detail on what he was going to do. We also found out that the water pressure was not where it was supposed to be. He explained that average range is between 50-80. Our house was 112. So our pressure regulator was the problem. He was a great help and I hope the owner Brandon( Daniel couldn't stop praising him at every chance he could) will see this and Give Daniel the recognition he deserves. You guys have come to our rescue multiple times now and I will continue to call on you guys even when we move. I have told multiple people to call if they need anything.
07/13 New service. We had our water main break and they once again came to our rescue. Brian was out within the service hours and said he would make sure we got taken care of.
We don't have enough words to thank this company for how many times they have come and treated us with compassion and respect for our house issues.

My buddy the plumber heating & air from the beginning to the end of our AC adventure were extremely helpful and reliable. Larry kept us from wasting $700 for a band aid fix on our 18 year old AC unit and instead suggested having Shawn come out and talk about our replacement options. Shawn gave us multiple options and was able to have someone out as soon as two days later. Ryan and Chandler did a amazing job replacing our AC and furnace. Both made sure that everything was done to a T, and that any questions were answered. Id highly recommend this company to anyone and will definitely be using them in the future.

Revised Review: I was contacted by the owner and had a very good conversation regarding the work and the cost. I am very satisfied with the resolution. The work as I stated before was very good.
Awesome and Fast (That was my initial response). However after digesting the invoice, I would not recommend their service based on how much they charge. I had a water leak coming through my ceiling. I cut out a 3x3 section of drywall, identified the leak, placed a plastic sheet on the floor and had it ready to go. The technician arrived and spent about 30 to 40 minutes working to repair the line. He cut out 18" of pipe, used 2 fittings and installed 18" of Pex. Total cost $555 (I did get a discount for writing a Google review). I called the next morning and explained my concern and was told "That is what it costs to have a licensed professional fix your pipe." The service itself was good as they responded quickly, the technician was very nice and the work so far appears to be good. Simply put, Overcharged for basic plumbing service.
