They did the countertops throughout my house. I had two issues and was checking in on the warranty. If it's not under warranty then I wanted to pay them to fix it. But they decided to ignore my online request and my voicemail. I'm assuming because it is/was under warranty. Don't expect help once the job is paid!

When Jose came to our home for the final measurements, he was friendly and professional. They were flexible with our schedule and easy to work with. And the countertops!!! They are beautiful!!! The installation was clean and quick... they left no mess behind. I will be going back to them in the future. I've already started my plans for other rooms and they will be the only company I turn to for counters from here on. Creative Granite, you have earned my loyalty! Thank you for being so great and easy to work with. I will be recommending you to my friends and family as well. I've uploaded some pictures... and as you can see we are in the middle of a remodel. But the counters make the space shine! Even if we are currently on subfloors ;)

This company was hired by Henry Walker Homes. They are very sloppy in handling materials and during the installation. They have installed our kitchen countertops twice. First, for our brand new home, and the second time for warranty replacement. Both times there was damage from transporting the counters. They do a terrible job on the seams. They leave a mess in your home. They will leave silicone and resin on your counters that you will have to clean off.

Yes, there were delays from the supplier side and some from their other jobs not going as planned which affected the timing of ours. But I consider that all part of the process. Recommended!
