I am absolutely thrilled with the service provided by Community Controls! Our account manager, Yolanda, is simply amazing. She is incredibly responsive and ensures that my orders are processed and delivered with remarkable speed. Recently, I received a box of remotes, and unfortunately, one of them was defective. However, Yolanda handled the situation with such efficiency and professionalism that I was astounded. She had a replacement remote sent to me almost instantly! Her dedication and commitment to excellent customer service make working with Community Controls a truly exceptional experience. Highly recommend!
Have always had great experiences with Community Controls. Our sale rep, John, is super quick to respond & friendly. Shipping is quick & invoicing is easy. We have had an issue with one shipment being delayed, but they kept us informed!

I work for an HOA management company. Vandrick Hecita has been so helpful every time. He's extremely responsive, helpful and extremely friendly. I would also like to mention, he is very knowledgeable of all the products and makes ordering a breeze. Definitely recommend this company!

Van Hecita helped me out tremendously. We were in need of barcode decals that were compatible with our software and we were previously told we could only order from one source (extremely over priced) and they were not working properly causing major frustration!
I called around and reached Van who was extremely helpful in finding me the right product. He sent me a sample first, just to be sure it worked, and sure enough it did! We placed our supply order and will be returning when the time comes for more.

I have used Community Controls for over 10 years. Best price, excellent service and reliability. We have electronic locks in our community and they assisted us with the software upgrades and installation. Highly recommend their services.
