We had Aquatech install our inground pool last year and we were so pleased with the result! I'm so appreciative of the entire team: Josh, Izaha, Tim, Gabe and Curtiss! These guys are pros. And since the pool has been open, Curtiss has been a tremendous help to me in learning how to keep the water balanced and clean! I highly recommend Intermountain Aquatech if you are looking for a custom backyard pool!
Intermountain Aquatech installed our pool 16 years ago. Curtiss was part of the original install / construction team. While he has moved up in responsibility at Aquatech over the years and now leads their construction crews, if I have any complicated pool or pool equipment issues, he is always my go-to person, especially if we are in a time crunch for an important pool event. Yesterday my panel had a heater "err" code and the heater was not turning on. I noticed the pool water temp had dropped about 10 degrees. I called all the regular Aquatech maintenance and service techs but could not reach any of them so I called Curtiss, hoping he might be able to pick up my call. He not only answered the call but quickly accessed the most likely problem(s), said he was in the shop and would grab a few parts and would be at my place in 30 minutes. Yet again he provided amazing customer service and it was particularly timely since we had two of our biggest pool events for the summer coming up this weekend. A big shout out to Curtiss.

Today I called Aquatech due to a water leak in my Raypak pool heater. I was very anxious to get it fixed because I had a group of friends coming over in two days for a business dinner then a relaxing evening at the pool. Katelyn took my call and she was extremely friendly, listened to my problem, and said she would try and get someone out ASAP to check the problem. She called back within 5 minutes and stated that Curtis would be out in 20 minutes to check the issue. Curtis should up quicker than I expected. He introduced himself and we went down to the pool heater. He took a panel off and found the problem within minutes. In even less time, he had the problem fixed. Curtis was professional, friendly, and anxious to help solve my problem. I went from being very concerned about my upcoming event to extremely satisfied and happy because of the great service that Katelyn and Curtis provided. I highly recommend for any pool or Hottub needs you may have.

Derrick in parts was amazing. The pump in my swim spa started leaking. Wanting to fix it myself I called Intermountain and Derrick took the time to understand what I was doing and help me find all the seals, even suggesting an additional I didn’t know about and that turned out to be the cause of the leak! In addition he had pulled the parts I needed and had everything waiting when I showed up, thanks for making it so easy to y equipment running well.

No respect for the working man. Raced home after work to get a water sample to get checked. Got to Aquatech at 5:20, but Mr. Joe cool wearing his sunglasses inside tells me they can't do water checks after 5. They are open until 6. Kind of hard for a working person to hit that time frame. I was the only customer in the building. If they were busy helping others I would understand, nobody else? Don't think I will ever spend another dime in this place. No customer service whatsoever.
