These guys are awesome! I’m working on a big project and have rented a couple different pieces of equipment in the last few days. They’re great to work with. The yard staff is so quick and friendly. It’s a pleasure doing business there.
Reserved a 16-foot trailer. Get there to pick it up, and they tell me i need a 3/4 ton truck even though I'm towing less than 1000 pounds. Went to United Rentals instead. They should have mentioned the vehicle requirements when i Reserved the trailer.

Just delivered some man lifts today and the crew were all so nice and helpful. They had my chains off and unloaded in no time. Very Much Appreciated.

Way better than renting from Home Depot or Lowe’s.
I picked up a sod cutter today and had a great experience. When I called in and made the reservation, the girl was super helpful and made it an easy process. They saved my information from my last rental, so all I had to do was show up and sign.
Before I loaded it into my trailer, 3 guys came out to help and walked me through how to use it. I forgot a tie down, and they quickly grabbed one for me to borrow.
This Saratoga location seems to have a lot of newer equipment too, which is nice!
I’ll definitely be back next time I need to rent a tool or equipment.

We rented a power rake and aerator. The guys were super personable and helpful. The belt on the aerator kept slipping off, so we called them to see if someone could come help us, and they brought us a new one super quick! Very helpful and friendly. Way better than renting from other big box stores.
