For this instance, I called several plumbers for prices and was asked what was going on. That’s what got my business. Everyone else jumped right in on the price of coming to look at it—Homey don’t play dat! One company also offered a purchase of their disposal—before even looking at it! Anyway, this plumber was polite, made it over the very next day, cleaned up most of the disgusting mess, and left under an hour. My disposal worked!!! It stopped working again, so I finally broke down and decided learn how to fix it myself. Pulling up a video from Home Depot, a woman showed me in under two minutes the steps of turning off the breaker switch, unplugging the disposal beneath the sink, and then checking several fuctionalities before arriving at adjustinga bolt and pushing a safety button. Now, not only does my disposal work, but I’m a little smarter and a lot more grateful! Thanks! ?

Josh came to my home today to install a new water heater. Our old water heater had died only 20 days after warranty was over. Josh came and found that our pressure reduction valve by where the water gets turned off was broken and probably what had caused the water heater to go out. (it was behind somethings and we did not realize it was corroded and leaking) We had lots of corrosion and leaks at different copper valves connections. He was able to repair all of them and stop us from having a major leak. I was so grateful for his thorough job. He also did not charge me an arm and leg for the extra repairs. He was extremely fair. I would definitely recommend his service to others.
