I have only the highest commendations for Aesthetic Roofing employees. Rhett was the first to contact me and he was most informative and helpful. He came when he said he would and did all he promised and he is courteous and friendly. You probably do not pay him for what he is worth. Second, the men who came to do the actual repair work were very efficient, friendly, and in my opinion did a marvelous job. I am very pleased with their work. They did it all in one day and left my yard clean and neat. I hope the money being sent from my insurance company, State Farm, will indeed cover all the expenses. At the time the insurance adjuster came to inspect my house he said they would also cover the work needed to repair the damage inside the home. I have not heard from anyone about this work. Thanks for all your help.

As a contractor myself, I think I have a fairly good idea what to look for and how the project should turn out. I have no complaints whatsoever. Everyone I worked with (Gabe, Tony and Rhett) is very professional, answered all my questions throughout the job and followed up at the end to make sure I was completely satisfied with the work. Pricing through my insurance company was exactly as I was told and there were no hidden fees or any unexpected mark-ups. The old roof was torn off and the new was installed the same day. I would recommend them.

* Countless nails on the ground around the perimeter of the house. I personally have stepped on 3 of them that penetrated my footwear. * Dead patches of grass that weren’t there before the construction crew started work. * Poor communication from the company as to what time the construction crew would be arriving on the day work was to commence. * It would have been more considerate had the company called and asked about our schedule and what days and times would be better for us. * The roof is fixed, but only time will tell whether we will continue to see leaks in the roof or not. * There are places where tiles (shingles) are sticking up (not lying flat) like they did before the old roof was removed. * I could probably mention other things, but I haven’t been up on the roof to personally inspect it myself. The things mentioned are observations made from the ground.

I was amazed at how quickly, and how thoroughly every detail was taken care of - very professional and very quick. They came in the afternoon and we're done by the following afternoon, after doing an amazing cleanup! The employees that guided us through the whole process were very helpful! I was looking to be critical but ended up being impressed.
