Cory was great! I had another company at my house a couple hours before Universal Garage Door Repair who said the repair would cost around $1500, which just did not sit well with me. I told the guy I needed 10 minutes to think about it. I did some quick research and found that the a new torsion conversion kit costs between $250 and $500. It didn't seem logical that the labor would be $1000. So I called the next company on Google's list (Universal Garage Door Repair) and asked for a price range for doing a torsion conversion. After talking to Pamela, I knew I needed to send the other company packing. Cory came out from Universal and saved the day. He was very knowledgeable, saved me $1000 and did a great job! I appreciate their honesty and would use them again!
