Al and Anthony are incredible! I’ve never experienced the level of customer service these two have shown at any company. Backstreet not only did an awesome job setting up our alarm and badge system but post install they are there for any questions and support you need. It’s rare to find true partners with business vendors but I definitely see Al and Anthony as my alarm and badge partners!
Great company to deal with. High quality security system with excellent customer service. We recently purchased a system and the DIY installation and setup was as easy as 123. The camera quality is very clear and detailed. The sales rep that i spoke to when placing my order helped me save money with my camera package. Highly recommend using Backstreet

Trevor was more then informative about the system i was using. He walked me through step by step and resolved my issue within minutes. He went above and beyond setting up my remote viewing and dealt with me not being set up at all. Would recommend backstreet surveillance to anyone looking for a camera system!!

I called support regarding issues with CS100ADC cameras causing the NVR to reboot every 45 seconds. Trevor called and spent over an hour diagnosing and finding solutions to the problem. He was very knowledgeable, professional, extremely patient and explained each step along the way. Everything appears to be working great. Two great big thumbs up for Trevor. Thanks for all your help.
